Very bad experience.
The swimming pool is very bad and small with no changing the water which made infection to my daughter's ears.
There is bad smell coming from the room toilet.
The sink was not working well.
The cleaning staff didn't come to clean the room till you call them more than five times and they didn't clean all the room well.
The gym reception staff weren't helpful.
The lifeguard asked my kids so many private question.

They don’t try to accommodate early check ins even when they have rooms available, which is weird.. as most of the guest come from different Emirates so time gap is bound happen
