Very good hotel location. Friendly staff. Great booking experience via the corporate reservation team (as we booked several rooms for a group stay). Overall was a very good experience with no complaints. Thank you Ayla Hotels team.

Nice hotel in a convenient location in the city. Indeed, we already need USB sockets. A little confusion with breakfast during Ramadan. At the reception they say that the breakfast included in the reservation is only available when ordered to your room, and in the morning when ordering by phone they said that breakfast is available in the restaurant. Breakfast is good, no frills, something for every taste. I can’t say anything about the pool; I didn’t use it. Great job concierge service. Friendly, polite staff. Comfortable bathroom, wonderful bed. There is a kettle and a set of tea/coffee. A bottle of water as a compliment.

Weather forecast had a warning of bad weather after the recent hail storm that caused damage to cars so I naturally Requested that my car be parked on the basement during bad weather. Reception was very unhelpful or did not understand me. I was fully aware the basement would empty out after working hours.

Good Location , Excellent stay & Amazing hotel .. Only issue with one staff at reception doesn’t mean whole team is in competent.. so i don’t want to mention about that bad experience.. Room toiletries were also good Check out was very smooth

Good hotel nice hotel

Real nice hotel, everything looks new, clean and well maintained. Staff are very friendly. It is basically right across Al Ain mall which means you have pretty much everything you need nearby without even driving. I would stay here again.

Nice and clean hotel amazing team Fatima alzahraa and Carla was so friendly , nice and supportive Food was also nice and location was in the center of the city opposite to Alain mall I highly recommend the hotel

Very difficult to find any fault with this hotel. Maybe better training of the breakfast staff. None of them understood how to make a tradition English cup of tea., but that is a minor issue. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We would love to stay there again. Keep up the high standards!

Beautiful hotel, but service very very bad. Had to ask for housekeeping everyday, and the airco was defect, they repaired it for 5 times but was still dwfect i havent been sleeping for 6 nights. Same with the water, only cooking hot water in the bathroom. Service really bad. Do not recomend.

Really disappointed with our experience at Ayla Grand Hotel. We found black and red mould in the bathroom (around the shower, bath and bathroom fittings) and a dirty scum around the bath plug - we raised this with a lady on reception who said she would arrange for someone to clean it whilst we were out, we returned and the bathroom was exactly as it was when we left. The room lacks the basic amenities that you would expect in a 5* hotel (for example; bath robe, coffee machine, conditioner, smart/streaming TV and an iron that steams). We were staying with our baby son, and the glass protection on the bedside tables were not secured and nearly fell on my son when lightly knocked - this is really unsafe. Ayla Grand has also clearly cut costs where possible, poor workmanship is evident - one sign of this was the bathroom sink which was nearly unusable due to the faucet being too short for the size of the sink. I’m concerned as we’re due to return to the hotel later this week, and I’d like to speak to someone from the management team to ensure that our experience is at least slightly improved.

We booked last minute for a pre-debut photoshoot and we were happy we did. The staffs were kind. It is also located near the mall. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the spa. We will definitely choose this place again.
