Great location, very close to airport and city centre. Delicious food and exceptional service.

We stayed at the Delphin Imperial for 10 days and it was amazing. I’m going to start a bit backwards as I feel the highlight of our holiday was the AMAZING people that run and do the entertainment, especially Harley, Basri and Nevzat! We spent everyday apart from 2 days with them. They truly made our holiday and memories will last forever. If the same team is there next year we 100% would come back. They are so friendly and kept their professionalism even when tested by other guests which is a testament to them! The crazy pool games and pool parties are brilliant and so much fun! They also have other activities that they carry out through the day. At the end of our holiday we were due to check out at 2:30pm however our transfer wasn’t due until 8:50pm. Nevzat went out of his way to help us have an alternative room so a bit longer so we were able to enjoy the pool for longer and shower before our flight. We were generally sad to say goodbye to the team. I would also like to highlight separately that both of my children are SEN (13 and 9 both ADHD and autism) they were both included and got involved in activities which they wouldn’t normally do so. This just shows how comfortable the entertainment team made them feel. Food was also great for my daughter as she didn’t eat any differently to how she would at home. The pool staff serving drinks around the pool were also brilliant! Always making sure you had a drink, I lived off of cocktails and iced coffee. I honestly do not know how they spend the day on skates and stay standing especially when around the pool is wet. Some skills! The pool was always kept clean by hardworking members of staff. There are plenty of sun beds around the pool and a no holding sun beds rule until after 8:30, they will remove your towels and bits if saved before. We found this out on the first day when we were at someone else’s beds but they had their belongings removed due to this rule. When we arrived we were treated to frozen mocktails at this grand lobby/reception. As previous reviews say there is a language barrier with the reception and English speaking guests. German seems to be the first second language opted for. We upgraded our room to a family suite upon arrival. This was at an extra charge as expected. The food was good and different most days, breakfast we found to be very egg based and no changes daily.

Very much grateful to Venera and Natali for their support. This kinda employees are going extra mile for their work place! I hope they are very appreciated by their management. Overall experience of the hotel was good. We were back from it in relaxed mood. Our daughter loved playgrounds on site and we were pleased with buffet- very good!

Nice hotel, is excellent hotel. Staff is very friendly and hopeful. food and drinks are really good big choice of food. A lot of swimming pools and one of swimming pools heated.Venera very nice person very helpful. I recommended for everyone this nice hotel.definitely, I will come back again.

This is our 4th visit, the staff are like family and cannot do enough for you, if any issue they sort straight away, food very nice lots of variety and something always available it’s the little touches for birthday anniversary that mean so much

Excellent 5 star Hotel,this is our 2nd Visit at Hotel and every time getting more improved services,Enjoy Realy Good Tasty Quality food this time, Food 10 out of 10,Clean & Hygiene 10 out of 10, Staff fully Helpful always asking for Anything need, everyday room cleaning services, Pool & Beach staff excellent no more word for the finally saying to Hotel keep Carry on with excellent services.

the bed and blanket is very good the toom is clean out hot water pool is nice evry employers are smiling and nice behaviour the foods are delicious especially ghorme sabzi and iranian chef but the night plans is not so exciting in this season but finally we love it

Everything is perfect . Very generous food diversity . Food area is very large . Swimming pool is enormous . The weather was perfect . Around 30-35 degrees Celsius . Food taste was delicious , for every kind of people . Even for the kids . We will return for sure
