Thank you for a great stay! I liked everything very much: the cleanliness of the room, delicious and varied cuisine, the responsiveness of the staff, the organization of recreation (beach, transfers, pool, spa). If there were any problems (for example, water flowed into the room during the rain), the staff immediately solved them. Thank you for your prompt response!

Clean and neat professional staff on top of the cake its exactly infront of the beach and all flats are beach view. We had a great time. My kids they enjoyed alot in swimming pool and kids play area.

In all important aspects the hotel is really good: - meals have a good selection and most are quite tasty, some variety during different days present. Everything was refreshed promptly, no waiting for the tables. - design of interior, furniture in rooms and hall are nice - private beach is comfortable and well equipped - staff solves requests in orderly fashion - daily transfer to Dubai mall is very appreciated The only thing that can be improved coming to mind is that shower was not easy to open, required some force. For those planning to go please first check what's in the areal, if you are fine that this is more of beach rest and not much of interest nearby (though I missed a mall few blocks away which I would have visited), and transfers to Dubai work for you then you are probably not going to be disappointed. In the end, we've had a pretty solid vacation with my soulmate.

The place is wonderful. The food was great. But amongst all, their manager, QASIM was the best. He assisted us in a lot of ways with a cheerful smile. He is polite and reliable in his words when it comes to reservations and service. The company is lucky to have him. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

All the staff are accommodating and helpful Shanalie help us to get the rooms we preferred in last moment booking. And thanks to Atif assisting us. Private beach was amazing everyone enjoyed. Room service team are very helpful. We all had very good time.
