The environment is first-class, it is a good place for a vacation, and the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic! We used the taxi app Pick Me to take a taxi in Galle, and then took the bus to Mirissa. In fact, as long as it is not the rush hour, the conditions of their buses are passable. Much cleaner than India, maybe there will be surprises

Overall, it was an enjoyable stay although in some respects it was inferior to other hotels I stayed in on the holiday. The pools were great and so was the view from the room. The room itself was alright - quite basic but sufficient. We did have problems with a leak in the ceiling which was promptly addressed by staff but still a little annoying. In general the staff were lovely: in particular Chamindu in the restaurant, a security guard who called me and my partner over to show us turtles on the beach (sorry, can't remember his name) and the guy working the sunloungers at the lower pool. The weakest part was probably the food. It wasn't bad exactly, it was just worse than the food in all the other hotels I stayed in.

I arrived at the hotel very early in the afternoon, and I printed the order number (English version) of Ctrip, but it was still delayed for a long time. But we upgraded the room type: sea view room (room 206). The check-in experience was still great. Because the previous nights were reserved for special hotels, I chose Asia Leisure for the last night because it is a new hotel in 2018. It is indeed new and I was not disappointed. Meals: Two restaurants, we ordered food and spent 26,000 rupees, which is still very cost-effective. Breakfast is a cafeteria, and children need to make up the difference. Location: 15 minutes walk from Galle Fort, it is very convenient to go there by tutu for 300-400 rupees. Supporting facilities: The sight of the outdoor swimming pool is great, you can see the sea view and the towering ancient city, because it is located in the air outlet, it is only open until 8 o'clock every night. The types of equipment in the gym on the G floor are average.

Absolutely nice environment. We were picked up at the airport by a hotel's cab(arranged earlier).and waited for us to arrive at midnight. Lovely and warming welcome from mr.jhon at the reception. All 3 nights we spent there and he was making sure we're getting everything as we need..really loved the hospitality we have received. All staff is extremely friendly. They play local cricket with kids.having remarkable evenings with joy. I would go there again for sure if I'm on vacation to south part of sri lanka.

We can not say enough good things about our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. The entire staff was welcoming and attentive to details. We arrived at 3:00am and the hotel had prepared some fruit and sandwiches for our arrival. My wife is celiac and the staff did an amazing job ensuring there were food options available for her. They even prepared traditional Sri Lankan food for us to try. The beach club gets very busy during the day but we still felt like the only guests there. This place has a great island vibe with music and different entertainment daily. We will definitely be returning before the end of our trip.

If you are planning a holiday, business meetings, training or a conference in Sri Lanka, I highly recommend to stay at the Thaproban Pavilion Hotel. It is a beautiful and distinctive facility located in an unusual place. I am convinced that we will return soon during the next foreign training courses in this region of the world. So many reviewsby people needing the assistance of the manager & staff. For what? One person said they had the manager's phone number to call 24/7. Why? Reception provide you with an information sheet. This hotel must have to deal with so many needy, ignorant, clueless people. Can't blame the hotel for having a generic response to reviews. All the staff at reception & restaurant were friendly, well trained & helpful. My room was clean & spacious. Wardrobe & a long shelf with minibar spirits, kettle & free water. Everything worked fine. Lighting was good. The balcony had a table & 2 chairs. The bed had clean linens, 4 pillows, 2 cushions & provided me with a comfortable sleep. There was a power point on one side. Breakfast was a buffet with an egg station so you won't go hungry. I had dinner one night at the restaurant having ordered yellow fin tuna which was very nice. Staff were attentive & provided excellent service. The pool is a decent size & well maintained. Overall, I had an enjoyable & comfortable experience at what is a true 3 star hotel.
