CNic Gemini Hotel

The place is lovely the manager is very hands on and nothing is to much to ask! We will definitely be back the food was amazing and when we had an issue when we arrived it was sorted straight away with little issues. Cannot fault the place. The canteen staff were also lovely .. and the bar staff were also good

I was at the hotel from 18.08 to 28.08. My room was comfortable, the food good, the staff friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the animation team who involved us in various activities. Their smile is contagious.

The entertainment staff are excellent! Especially Ivan and Joandra. They learned my kids names on the first day and were friendly to everyone always. Room was adequate, although the shower was a disappointing dribble.

First, the facilities of this hotel, are amazing! The hotel seems recently rennovated and is always clean and proper. The food has a nice variety and was always delicious and it is very convenient that the hotel is next to the beach. Definetly would come again!

Ok so Me and 3 friends came to stay at the Gemini for 4 nights for my 30th birthday, we were very excited as reviews were so good. We requested an early check in before arrival and they couldn’t accommodate this - with no explanation disappointing but it’s ok. On arrival we were told rooms weren’t ready - but it’s ok so needed to waited a-bit longer for rooms and went for lunch Room- we had a family room for 3 of us and was lovely and clean and modern with a lovely balcony, beds ok. And amazing bathroom. Room had fridge tv and safe also a hair dryer We then went for dinner and were gob smacked at how bad the food was and how aggressive the waiters were about beverages. So apparently if you are only breakfast and dinner plan with hotel you must pay for all drinks from machines or fridge (the fridge has a chain and pad lock on it) No one told us this so we sat down with our awful juices (sugar no juice) and no one greatest us on arrival and no one on reception made us aware of any of these rules. So we had 3 waiters surround our table demanding payment for drinks we were shocked at the way they handled this and politely said sorry we didn’t know this, also no one on reception explained this on check in how it works in the restaurant. The 3 waiters refused to move until they had payment so my poor friend that had to pay on card had to go all the way to reception to pay for her drink and leave her dinner on table (we had just got off our flight) we then went to finally eat our dinner and oh my god so so bad. No seasoning, no flavour and cooked awful. I’ve never experienced such bad food in a hotel before. It smells good and looks alright on arrival but shockingly tasteless. I would go room only if I stayed at Gemini. The breakfast just as bad. Baked beans tasted like fish .. how ? Disgusting. It was so weird how it all looked so good but tasted so so bad. Pool was lovely and you get good wifi from there Hotel it super close to super market, tiny beaches, restaurants, atms, bars Didn’t use the bar as never open it hotel Avoid the restaurant next to Italian they will rip you off and over charge and bring you things you didn’t ask for but charge. Housekeeping good but don’t expect any requests to be met just go and ask or get it from them yourself :) We are all sick from the air con also

My daughter & I stayed at this hotel from 15-22 June. On arrival we were sent to our room in another building. However the receptionist told us as it was a double room she could change to a twin room the next day. We did this & got a large room on the ground floor of the main building with a double bed & a single. We had a garden terrace. Everything was absolutely spotless. There was a flat screen tv, AC & very intermittent Wi-Fi. The bathroom is very small (a bit badly designed) but fine. Everyone speaks English & the entertainment are multi-lingual. Ivan works very hard to make you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. The pool area is relatively small but perfectly adequate as a lot of people go to the beach which is steps away. We could always get our sun bed of choice. However, I would say in high season it may be more difficult as there aren’t many sun beds considering the occupancy of the hotel when full. Food- we were half board and are glad we didn’t book all inclusive as most of the dishes weren’t to our personal taste. In saying that, we didn’t starve either! The restaurant is very clean and hygienic and all the staff are friendly and helpful. The ice cream freezer could benefit from a deep clean or replacing. Lovely outside terrace to have your meals in also. As we were half board, we had to pay for drinks at the bar which we found very expensive when we could go down the street to a bar or restaurant on the beachfront and get the drinks for half the price. The beach- stunning! Beautiful views and lots of bars/restaurants/shops. You can also book any excursions around the island on the beach. There are a number of bus stops close to the hotel with the nearest being just behind the pool area and another at the nearby Apollo Hotel across the street. We got the bus to Corfu Town for €2,20 each. Just be aware that when returning to the hotel from the town you need to go to the bus station and not where you were dropped off. This is advertised as being 400m from where you are dropped off. But it’s more like a mile at least. Just allow time for that. You can buy your return ticket at the station or on the bus. Local recommendations- Olga’s Art Shop (beautiful handmade items, perfect for gifts and souvenirs), the first supermarket as you turn right from the back of the hotel we found to be the cheapest and with lots of choice, Mojo’s burgers, Delicious Bakery for brunch or coffee. Plenty of authentic tavernas nearby too. We would definitely return and are looking forward to our next stay at CNic Gemini!

This was my first time to Corfu I've chosen this hotel as I read that it had recently been renovated. What a nice surprise! The hotel looks and feels new, the rooms are comfortable and the beds are great. I've booked the hotel on bed & breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was great but dinner was fab. A very relaxing and enjoyable 6 day holiday. Planning on going back early Oct.

The hotel was clean, the staff were lovely and very helpful. We visited mid June so the entertainment was just starting before we left. We were really impressed with the food in the restaurant and didn't have one bad meal. The food/snack selection at the pool bar was limited to cheese and ham sandwich, cake or ice cream. The only disappointment was the pool. It was nice but you can't use until after 10am which I found a little late, especially if you are an early riser. The bus service into Corfu town is frequent and right outside the hotel. The area was lovely, albeit quiet. Overall, a nice holiday and a lovely hotel.

As east jet cancelled my hotel only hours before I was due to leave I was extremely pleased with the welcome the friendliness, all the receptionists staff I had a problem with the air con on the 1st night and the next morning I was upgraded to a nicer room looking out over the sea I would Most definitely book to stay on this hotel again
