Overall it was a good experience. Few pros and cons pros 1. Good parking place 2. Just 6 kms from hyd to nagpur highway 3. Staff is helpful and ensures all your request is accomadated. 4. Room service avaiable ( i think till 10. 30) 5. Easy checkin exp 6. Complimentary break fast is decent. 7. Restaurant dinner was decent too. (not very expensive) 8. Soap, shampoo, toothbrush and paste was provided cons 1. Less hygeine 2. Cockroaches running around the room 3. Linnens are tored. Seems very old

Room size was good but bathroom shower area was very small. Bed linen was clean, no tea kit & kettle in room. Courteous & helpful staff. Ample parking space in basement. We did not try food so can't comment on this

Room was very basic not worth the money they are charging. They should charge only 1000 to 1500 aa per what they are offering. Limited breakfast options but taste is very good.

This property was located at 1.5 km from main Bustand and 1 km from Railway station. The room was spacious but the bathroom was not that clean. Hot water was not available may be due to the defective water heater. The hotel restaurant serves pure vegetarian food.

My stay here was terrible no cleanliness un trained staff nothing works in room like geyser, ac food was not good overall i rate this hotel. 1. When will you refund my discount amount

Hotel is good. Rooms are spacious. Wash room is not that good. Staff behaviour is good and are polite and helpful. Don’t have much items in complimentary break fast. Location is good.

Lift was not working, reception is at 4th floor. I had to take stairs from parking right up to 4th floor 😲 The room which was given to me did not have AC in proper working condition, I had to change the room.

Cellar parking is safe and security is availablelift is availablefood is available at the regular hoursroom is good and clean with proper air conditioning and lightsamenities like toothbrush, toothpaste and toilet paper are missing, however towel/shampoo/soap are given.
