Was transferred to zola international during my transit from Capetown to karachi. Had a 23 hour lay over. The stay was very average. The food (dinner breakfast and lunch) were all very bland and not tasty at all. Breakfast buffet was barely a buffet and just had cold cakes , cold bread and cold boiled eggs. The room initially guven had a broken window and a jam door later the other room was also very average ..no air-conditioning available. There was a water geaser in bathroom but no warm water either. Ordered coffe in room and had to go to restraunt twice to remind them of my coffe.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Not just only the service at the hotel, but my girlfriend forget her phone in the hotel and only realized when we had to board our plane. They helped us so quick and we got it back before we climbed on the plain. Excellent service!
