Actually I think to leave the bad feedback for this hotel because of some things, I was expecting from this hotel, when I came with my mom i suddenly felt like the hotel doesn’t match with pictures in reality of this hotel and I was trying to cancel my booking but the trip come had some policy and the guy in reception was so polite and professional he change my room with very nice room with balcony face to the beach, my mom love that room and I change my mind. When we start to leave for few days I realize that it’s really nice hotel, people are polite and very respectful, always smiling and trying their best, the buffet was excellent, thank you chef for cooking delicious meal and we love that, we enjoyed a lot with my mom, breakfast amazing very fresh food and clean!!!! The room was very clean and the workers were very friendly and polite especially Mohammed was cleaning my room 514 he very friendly and so respectful with shining eyes!!!! My Mom love that place we enjoyed a lot and security was helpful and respectful!!!! Thank you guys we enjoyed a lot!!!! I would love to come back again maybe next time🥰特别感谢您们！服务特别棒！下次再来！

Everything was great! We also had a good rest at the hotel on the roof in the pool, where caring excellent staff, especially the cool Ishan Anuradha, helped both in the gym and in the pool, and gave disposable tableware, generally a great person! Happy with my stay. The room was clean, sizable and catered to all my needs. Check-in, which for me was at 3am was efficient, calm and professional. Most importantly, I opted for this hotel given that the departure bus stop for the airport is next to the entrance - a 1 minute walk, and the arrival bus stop is also only a 4-5 minute walk. Very convenient indeed. I would return 👍

This is a budget hotel, so no frills But centrally located, easily accessible, excellent rooftop pool and very good staff. As soon you enter the hotel, you’re presented with a clean and polished lobby, and extremely helpful reception staff. Entering the room I was surprised by how spacious and very clean every thing was, as usual you’re provided with the customary tea, coffee & a kettle, a large wardrobe and 2 huge single beds (if you chose to stay in 2 bed unit). You also have a small glass table and a comfy chair to sit and work if needed, though the chair was a bit shorter than the table so the sitting position wasn’t too comfortable. Over all great service, most importantly very clean hotel with spacious rooms.

I dine in Garden restaurant and had a very pleasant experience there with a delicious food and memorable hospitality. While me leaving the hotel, I couldn't find my valet ticket and Mr. Francis approached me, though I was bit panicked with the situation but he kept me comfortable while offering me and my fiance Arabic coffee and explained me about Beach Rotana.. It was really amazing experience and I will definitely recommend Beach Rotana to all my family and friends ❤️

Disgusting approach by Khorosho club security Sail. Guy have no idea about manners or how to speak to guests. Violence, 0 education, angry for no reason. I hope hotel management will take this issue seriously and will consider this gentleman if he’s good enough to be a part of hotel team. Mr Abdukarim did his best to solve a problem but nerve succeed. Me and my friend are loyal guests to club Khorosho, but the way we were approached this time by security Sail was just unacceptable. Dear GM please take an action about Mr Sail to keep stay of guests safe. Sail has no clue what is being welcomed and how to solve problems without violence. Horrible security with horrible service. Hotel 0 stars just because of one person. Sail!!!

We initially checked in for only 1month in 2020 but due to covid, we stayed for more than 1year. It was very pleasant stay. All Staffs are very friendly and efficient specially Mr. Austin and Mr. Shibu. They are always there to help. Housekeeping service is also very good compare to other hotels. I have stayed most of hotels in tourist club area, Mazlish,Al Manzel, Oriental but Ivory is one of the best hotel for family.
