The check-in process was easy and less than 5 mins. The front desk staffs are knowledgeable with their own procedures and helpful with questions from us. The airport shuttle services was brilliant as it helps the guest to have a seamless journey.

This hotel is so beautiful and elegant and its situated right across the river of the Grand Mosque. The staff were polite and helpful, beds extremely comfortable and taxis readily available to go anywhere. On a plus side as well, its located on the beach front plus it has a huge pool and even kids play area. It was a really pleasant stay and will definitely consider here again the future.

The Breakfast was exceptional, truly delightful with all ingredients fresh and a bountiful selection. The hotel is remarkably clean, utterly spotless. The wireless internet connection is remarkably swift, and the guest quarters are spacious and comfortable, with a pleasant vista of the mosque. A wonderful destination and an ideal respite for leisure.

Just opposite to the convention centre, very convenient also have shuttle to various places of interest and train station, although timing not very good

In the room 918 the carpet was stained and there was stains on the wall. The most disappointing thing was the the pool was under renovation so we were unable to access the pool and had to leave the hotel and go two towers down to tower 2 and use the pool there this was very inconvenient. Had we know the pool was under renovations we would have booked else where as the children were looking forward to that the most.

Good afternoon I would like to share my impressions of my stay at Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort. I am very glad that I chose this one out of all the variety of hotels on Saadiyat. A year ago I was here in St. Regis, so the choice of location was absolutely conscious. Since I live in a metropolis, for me harmony with the environment and the absence of high-rise buildings was a priority when choosing a hotel. The hotel is truly luxurious, from the reception to the service on the beach. An exceptionally professional team of managers and service staff makes you feel like a special, long-awaited guest from the first minute of your stay. My experience at the hotel is 100% positive. I had problems with the aggregator through which I booked the hotel, because the service that was specified during booking and payment did not match what the hotel was able to confirm upon check-in. But, thanks to the very sensitive, responsive and wonderful Inessa Ivleeva, the problem that arose was resolved as quickly as possible. I literally fell in love with the Amouage bath line presented at the hotel. This is a brand that fully corresponds to the high class premium level of the hotel. You can purchase any accessory for personal use. Now the magical scent of Amouage will remind me of the unforgettable moments spent in Jumeirah. Just during my stay, the SAL restaurant opened on site - the second project implemented in the UAE. The first restaurant of the same name is located in Dubai, in Burj Al Arab. Well, what can I say? Fantastic place! Absolutely 100% release into the atmosphere. The aesthetically impeccable, elegant, refined design of the hotel and the surrounding magical nature of the Saadiyat coast are absolutely harmoniously integrated with the pleasure that can be obtained from haute cuisine. In conclusion, it is worth saying that there are not many places that attract attention or amaze the imagination, and this is one of them. You may also want to come to Saadiat someday in order to find yourself in a fairy tale from the Arabian Nights. Happy travels to you!

Park Hyatt hotel earns 5 stars when it comes to service and luxury. The reception staff were extremely polite, presentable and proactive. They gave us a turtle toy when they say we had a toddler checking in, when we asked for late checkout it was offered without hesitation or making a big fuss about it. The pools are great but would definitely benefit from a shading system like trees or shade sails. The sun lounges were too close to each other on the pool but by the beach they were well separated. I love that the towels are present on the lounges saves time and effort to go collect from a booth. The beach itself was the highlight of my stay despite the water being hot due to summer season, I still enjoyed it alot. One recommendation to make the experience a 10 out of 10 is to make a walking track on the sand to protect our poor feet from the heat as it is a long walking distance to reach the lounges and the actual beach. The kids club needs more attention, it is tiny and messy inside. The outside area is good but too hot for summer. I would definitely repeat my visit when prices are a bit budget friendly because when it comes to customer service the staff here definitely stand out. I tried their buffet breakfast and the food, service and variety were excellent. The bakery section behind the pasta bar needs to have a wider entrance to make the access easier. We booked a twin bed, each bed was 1.5 meters long, which is very friendly for family travel. The breakfast was also great, and it ended at 1 pm. It was perfectly designed for a vacation. The service at St. Regis has always been great. We did not choose a more popular hotel where the fairy sister checked in. Several hotels are located on the same seashore, and it turned out to be great!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Marriott Downtown Hotel in Abu Dhabi and I must say,it was a delightful experience.I booked a twin bedroom on the 19th floor and I was incredibly pleased with the spaciousness of the room.It was not only big but also impeccably clean,providing a comfortable environment for my family. One of the standout features of my stay was the friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met,which made the check in process smooth and welcoming.Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our overall experience. My kids also had a fantastic time during our stay. The hotel’s amenities are well suited for families and they enjoyed exploring the facilities. Overall,I had a wonderful time at the Marriott Downtown Hotel and I can confidently say that I will be returning on my next trip to Abu Dhabi.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and family friendly stay!😍
