Отличная гостиница с прекрасным рестораном. Находится в самом центре, работает круглосуточно. Ресторан работает допоздна, кормят вкусно. Полностью отвечает заявленным трем звездам. Мне прямо понравилось. А ресторан вообще славится в городе

Останавливались в отеле 8-9 мая 2022 в номере люкс семьей из 4х человек. Понравилось: 1. Расположение в центре Абакана, в 10 минутах ходьбы от Ж/д вокзала и 10-12 минутах ходьбы от автовокзала. Рядом находится несколько хороших кафе и места для прогулок. 2. Холлы, коридоры, вестибюль, выдержаны в одном стиле с Хакасской символикой. 3. Предупредительный, вежливый и доброжелательный персонал (это очень важно!) 4. Понравилось, что заезд считается не с фиксированного времени, а непосредственно со времени заселения в гостиницу, что очень удобно для пребывающих на поезде рано утром. Соответственно не надо платить за ранний въезд. 5. Сытные завтраки. Проходят в кафе Перцы. На завтрак предлагается один из 4х сетов в составе каши, брускетты или яичницы, бутерброда с ветчиной и сыром, десерта и чая или кофе Не понравилось: 1. Не помешает косметический ремонт (в туалете номера западал выключатель света, были трещины на плитках кафеля, двери в ванную комнату) 2. В номере отсутствовали зубные щетки и паста, за них пришлось дополнительно платить 3. Нас было четверо человек, а одеял было всего два. Лучше учитывать этот момент.
