This hotel was definitely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed. Everything was perfect.

Viceroy never failed to amaze us. We stayed there for the first time in 2019. This time we went back and again, we enjoyed our stay. Also to have dinner at the Aperitif restaurant. Amazing hospitality and wonderful resort to stay with your loved ones.

We stayed at Viceroy Bali in order to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. Every staff is so kind and makes us happy while staying. The room condition is perfect and clean. There are no insects, even tiny ants, in the private villa. You can move with a buggy from your room to the main facilities. If you want to go to Ubud downtown, call the concierge. They will provide a pick-drop-service. Thank you to all the staff in Viceroy Bali!! I just came back to Singapore with good memory from there. I'll visit again next time.

Let's put it this way, this is the worst one of the six hotels I have stayed in. It is also booked by the high evaluation. The swimming pool is indoors. The color of the pool is very deep. I go to the bathroom at night and pass the pool. It feels like you know, the wonderful design, the shower room has no door, not suitable for family travel! Have you ever seen the room rate of more than 4,000 a night with this towel, The most speechless thing is the air conditioner. If you don’t turn on the air conditioner at night, you will be hot. If you turn on the air conditioner, you will be noisy by the noise of the air conditioner. We were noisy until 4 am to fall asleep. Don't expect breakfast, it's really not as good as a hotel breakfast in China The staff is good, everyone will smile and say hello. Really hotel hardware is too bad!
