From the start reception the process is very chaotic., since most of rooms are old and maintenance is taking long time due shortages of man power., the time is running out very faster., come to my room 12th floor., the systems are very old and key cards are not working and my flush was not working....so if some one get better room on the day he is Really Lucky....The time for the management immediately renovate the property and put enough staff to handle the process., otherwise it will be a big mess....

My stay in the hotel was absolutely amazing. From reception to accomodation, everything was on point! My room also had an amazing view and I felt like royalty during my stay. They also make sure to make up your room as you tour the city so its all clean and squeaky as soon as your back to rest and sleep for the next day The breakfast is simple but will definitely fill you up to get energized and ready for a whole days experience jn bangkok. I will definitely go back soon to bizotel

wonderful hotel. it has 24h lawson and 711. near the shopping centre can walk if you are energised enough. the staff are helpful. good room. love the lobby, the bear wears Halloween costume. they also have a shuttle to a nearby area. might be better if the walls under the sink are cleaned, cus i can see it a bit dirty while in the bathub. the food could be better if it had more thai food.

One of the hotels with friendly staff and good English. Location is very good, directly located at the Link airport and BTS Phaya Tai facilities and food is very complete and extraordinary.. Definitely staying again. Ms. SIRI at the reception was very helpful, and the reservation team gave us a good room. Highly recommended
