There are always many people in the hotel lobby and business is very good! The lobby can be directly connected to the mall ciputra next to the shopping mall. The reception staff and counter staff in the lobby are very polite and kind, and feel at home. The rooms are clean and tidy and comfortable, the space is moderate, the breakfast options are varied, the food is plentiful and delicious, the gym equipment is diverse and sufficient, and the phone is only It would be better if the answering speed could be faster!

Beautiful hotel located in West Jakarta, easily accessible by public transportation such as Transjakarta and Jaklingko, with super easy access to several big shopping places like Taman Anggrek, Central Park, and Citra Land. The services and security in this hotel are very excellent with access card needed to access the floor, to the availability of drinking water that are refillable, also very fast response from the restaurant in case we need some food equipment, A little bit of downside maybe the noise, as the sound proofing could be improved as i could hear lot of noise at afternoon and night, also the noise from the road are very intrusive at sleeping time, but overall i have a very pleasant stay Also the breakfast are very good with lot of variety dishes ranging from Indonesian culinary to little bit of western style, just maybe a touch more of western meal might be good? Oh yes, Aston also serve dim sum as menu, but i think better if the dimsum could be served a bit warmer maybe so that the skin of the dimsum could be softer? Otherwise the food is very very good Overall thanks for having me staying for a night in Aston Kartika Grogol, hope to be able to stay here again some other time

Room 613 It turns out that the small hotel is only up to the 7th floor (+) digital register using barcode (saving paper, more efficient too) (+) very eco friendly! (Water uses a kettle and a dispenser is provided in front of the room, bathroom amenities are avail by request so it's not waste) (+) tv channels are quite a lot compared to other hotels which only 1 mostly (+) room service works fast (-) Is this self service concept? Because it is less strict about checking the temperature (but provided) (-) good staff but coincidentally when the check in & out process all staff focused on 1 customer, it took so long (-) the floor is really dirty :( until it hurts because of allergies (-) noisy bed (-) noisy air conditioner (-) the room to the hallway is not sound proof, very noisy in the morning a lot of children (-) Narrow toilet (-) view nothing special (-) lighting is not efficient (can't be very bright, can't be very dim) (-) musty smelly blanket (-) there is a balcony door but it can't be opened

After staying here for five days, we changed the room once and said it was floor maintenance, but upgraded us to a bigger room. The hotel as a whole is still very good, living very comfortable, very clean, gym facilities are complete, there are few people. Opposite the hotel is a shopping mall, similar to the kind of shopping malls in China in the 1990s. There are still a few fast foods that you can eat. Even if you buy something, you can't bother shopping after staying for five days. By the way, 20 meters away is a McDonald's, very convenient!
