Outstanding front operation service provided and most importantly their hospitality were top notch. In addition to this, complementary breakfast and evening snacks has given in time which were delicious. On top of that, room amenities were elegant and nicely decorated. Apart from this they have breathtaking views at the balcony which I thoroughly enjoyed. Last but not least, it would be nicer if they would have provided air fresheners at room; however, that wasn’t the major issue. Completely recommend.

This hotel had a good location near to the main road and a five minute walk to a popular shopping centres 🏬, Coco city. The service at the front desk was very efficient and generally friendly. Good lighting throughout throughout the room and lots of seating.The room was spacious, but not very clean. The bathroom countertops had dried toothpaste stuck on there from previous guests, the bathroom and toilet smelled of urine. Though we asked for a non smoking room, the the room reeked of cigarette smoke everywhere, the bed , the pillows, towels , even after leaving the hotel our belongings, clothes and hair smelled of cigarette smoke. The AC air quality was very low. It is winter season and the heating of the room was very insufficient, and the air from the ac smelt of strong cigarette smoke . At night, though it was cold we had to turn of the ac because the smell was too much. Early in the morning the were loud noises about disrupting our rest. The price was good but I wouldn’t return because the poor environment. If you don’t mind cigarette smoke and uncleanliness then this place would be suitable for you.

先上總結：非常棒的一次入住體驗，性價比超高。設施：原本預訂的大床房，前台美女給我們升房了。房間設施非常棒，首先是面積很大，家電控制偏智能化，空調實打實的涼爽，不是忽悠人的假空調。衞生間乾濕分離做的很好，甚至還有浴缸🛁，雖然沒有使用，但是很出片（Cosplay）。床和枕頭都非常舒服，軟軟的枕頭很好抱～，很喜歡這個超級大沙發，躺着也超爽。書桌的設計給人感覺很適合辦公/寫論文（。酒店裡還有獨立的衣櫃，裏面有浴袍擦鞋巾等用品。洗手枱有可伸縮的化粧鏡，很方便。梳子是大梳子，比別的酒店那種一條的小梳子好用。冰箱裏有可樂蘇打水，還有礦泉水居然是巴馬鉑泉（一個小姐姐淡淡的想家了。。）。洗烘套裝是LG的，常住華住會的已經熟門熟路了，洗衣房的阿姨也很熱心幫忙呢。早飯好吃，而且持續時間很長，不用急匆匆的起床了。衞生：房間很乾凈，都是清理過的，入眼可見之處都是乾淨整潔的～環境：雖然樓下就是賣場，但是入住體驗就是感覺超安靜，酒店在隔音方面做的很棒。出行就是很多生活化的場所，各種店鋪一應俱全，走個500m就有商場，適合散心出去逛逛啦。服務：服務態度真的沒得挑，秒了我説。雖然前台姐姐衹有一個人，但是比三個人都能幹！真的很熱情很周到，辦理入住和退房時給人的感覺都很如沐春風。既可惜又慶幸吧，可惜這是自己是最後一次在金壇住酒店了，慶幸又是在金壇最後一次的酒店體驗能這麼令人滿意。以後有機會再來金壇，還住這兒！
