酒店位置很好周圍就是購物中心和便利店，房間也很大，衞生和隔音都還好，給小朋友送了專門的拖鞋 牙刷和玩具。早餐種類雖然不多但是味道還可以。停車位也很充足，前台小姐姐服務態度很棒。總體來説很愉快的一次入住。

非常不好的體驗，房間空調吵到爆。
9點早餐就已經沒有了。入住時沒提醒，房卡也沒標註早餐時間。
服務員抽着煙！！！
攜程評級的4星酒店真差勁，快捷酒店都比這個好，很少住到這麼差勁的酒店，不推薦！

第一印象，酒店門頭很漂亮！辦理入住的時候送了一份伴手禮，而且免費幫我升了房型，超Nice！
大堂包括房間走廊裝修的風格很新，我很喜歡！酒店設施齊全，健身房，洗衣房，自助餐廳應有盡有。
房間裏有咖啡，有茶包，洗髮水沐浴露洗手液這些也沒有掉檔次。對了，空間很大！比較驚喜的是投影跟語音助手。窗簾是電動的，躺在床上就能完成開關燈和窗簾的操作！
酒店有送餐機器人，點外賣可以送到房間門口，但是因為周邊吃的選擇還挺多的，我就出門吃飯了，沒有體驗這項服務。有想住這裏的小夥伴，吃東西可以往電視塔那個方向走，一路上有很多比較有格調的餐廳，也有沙縣、本幫麪館這種接地氣的店啦。
總體上入住體驗很滿意！

不怎麼樣，衞生不太乾淨，淋浴水乎燙乎冷，房門鎖是壞的鎖不上，半夜陌生人又敲門又按門鈴感覺很不安全，空調聲音大的彷彿拖拉機

1:酒店前台服務人員態度蠻好的。表揚👍
2:酒店貌似是在一棟公寓樓裏，隔音效果不太好，不過在同類型公寓型的酒店來説，他們提供早餐提供的還不錯👍
3:親子房的台階希望今後可以再貼一層軟膠保護層，我家2歲多的孩子滑倒了（是穿着襪子的）。但是退房的時候跟前台服務員説了後，酒店前台態度蠻好的，還一直勸我帶去醫院看看。

前台服務很好，特別周到！位置不錯，價格合理，設施一般；就是衞生太差了，從前台、房間、餐廳，實在太臟了，走廊的地從來都沒清掃過，地毯上的污漬特別多，房間的地從來都沒拖過一樣，玻璃上面全是污漬，窗簾也不洗洗，房間小孩子玩的帳篷臟的呀，裝布草的車子裏面全是垃圾，布草間地一百年都不清掃一下，不是挑刺，真希望能改進一下。
