Shower is broken and water pressure is low. Shower head does not hang properly on the holder and water flows to the floor. I was almost tripped over when going to the washroom at night because the floor has two levels. One level is higher because of wood floor laid on top of existing. No clothes rack in the room so we moved the rack from the balcony for use. No side table on one side of the bed. The entrance of the hotel is on a narrow alley and no way we knew where it was until the driver called them to pick us up from the main street.
