Stayed there for the first time because of the proximity with the business place I visited. The room was oky for the level of standard of budget hotel, however from the room (#102), I could hear the noise from the lobby, including phone ringing at the front desk. So my rest was not satisfactory. Perhaps the management can improve it. Thanks

I stayed here for quarantine in a total of 7 days. At the airport my escort was very nice and hospitable. He got me a taxi and answered all my questions. At the hotel I was able to WhatsApp chat Hera at the front desk, she took care of all of my needs. Room service was handy but I had received so much food during my stay that I only used room service for cafe lattes. Dhian was also very nice and hospitable. He got me a taxi back to the airport before I flew to Bali. I ended up leaving behind AirPods and sunglasses and they had arranged to ship them to my address in Bali. Completely amazing! Thank you Hera!! All in all it was a great stay.

Great service, cleanliness and best recommended. The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the train station, and subway. Enjoyed the stay. We had a wonderful stay at the accacia. The room was beautiful and the location was just great. We walked to many things, but public transportation and tours were also close by. The breakfast each morning was really good as well and we could each eat on our own schedule. We would certainly stay there again next time we are in Jakarta.

It's great for staying overnight who need a bed because they are tired of activities, the place is even though the old hotel is cheap, of course. But the experience of staying here is the room situation still smells of cigarette smoke, stuffy, and the AC dew that fills the room maybe because of the closed position so I open it first then it's gone

While I have stayed at many places in Jakarta, this was the first at this location. Our family spent two nights here an were very pleased by the place. We had a three bedroom apartment which felt huge compared to regular hotel rooms. All the rooms were large with great views of the city. The balcony is nice for some fresh air, but I would be cautious with smaller children as they may be able to climb up on the rail. The views from the master bed and bath were exceptional and I have not had a room with anything similar before. The pool and play area are large and nicely maintained. Being attached to the mall is nice if you want to eat out, go shopping, or buy groceries. You don't really need to leave the complex if you don't want to. One the negative side, the connection to the mall has stairs which is a small issue for strollers or people with mobility issues. Also the kitchen is not really stocked with some basic cleaning supplies.

The only word I can use about here is ”Superb” -we had a bad experience at Grand Tropic so checked out after 15 minutes -then came here -yes a bit expensive but worth every penny/cent -Lady on reception -sorry dont remember her name was superb -apartment really just great -was six or seven of us -apart from me all Indonesian-I was concerned about no pork etc. as all Muslim -no problem at breakfast the Restaurant Manager just a great guy -yes we waited a bit as was busy but first day 6 then seven second day totally acceptable -but he really went out of his way to make us happy -I have lived in Asia 18 years just dont eat rice much -but asked for 'nasi Goreng” for my friends -and ended eating myself was great superb taste -kudos to Chef -but Restaurant Manager and team were just superb -Restaurant Manager -just knows how to deal with foreigners and Indonesians in a seamless fashion -=wont mention his name -you find out!

I stayed at this hotel because there was a concert in the GBK area. If you have an event, especially a concert in the Senayan area, then this hotel is the right choice to stay with an affordable rate and walking distance to GBK and malls (Plaza Senayan, Senayan City). But with as a 3 star hotel, don't expect the ‘great’ facilities or services, as long as there is a comfortable and clean enough place to take a rest and shower.

I like the area, its quiet and at night you can just walk to find coffee and lots of street food. The hotel itself is just nice, not too busy, with many interesting spot for pictures. Room is cleaned every day 24 hours front desk and very friendly staff and security. The room was fine for me but if I was in a couple and we had lots of luggage it would be a problem. Very good price for the room. There are 2 laundries 1 minute walk away and they will wash dry and iron clothes for 10000 R a kilo. Lots of great food options great quality and bargains if you enjoy the local cuisine. I stayed on Jalan Jaksa 23 years ago the backpacking scene has long gone now and the 2 remaining tired back in the day hotels that remain are a similar price to this. The taste of Padang food and the smell of clove cigarettes, in the humid air mixed in with a sprinkle of city sewage and street food reignites memories I had long forgotten
