|0.93km from downtownExcellent location for shopping. Good attention, it has its own parking lot shared with a public one. Just one detail: a lot of noise from guests entering and leaving. I don't know if it's a lot of echo in the corridors or that the administration asks the guests to be quiet, but they don't let them sleep.

|17.86km from downtownI stay in this hotel because of the convenience that connects to the hospital ABC Campus Santa Fe, every 4 months I stay 5-10 days in this hotel because family member been treated at the hospital. Always had an issue with the hotel they accept pets and dogs barking or jumping to your balcony, not respecting do NOT DISTURB sign sick people resting, etc, but this time is unacceptable and completely disgusting, I arrived with my 5 year old and 70 year old mother at 1am, to get ready for surgery next day and find that my room has a used condom on the nightside table, and there was nobody in the hotel to solve the issue, nobody to clean, no managers, this and a motel makes no difference. I do not recommend this hotel at all for families, and of course is not ok for a sick people being treated at the hospital because the cleanness is terrible. They do not value high status Hyatt rewards loyalty, not even an apology from the staff. Staff pretty rude “Do not complain with me I did not do it”This hotel is a disgrace. No cleaning crew.

|0.29km from downtownLocation is amazing! Old catholic cathedral just in front of it, 2 min to Maya museum, 1-2 min to stores, 30 sec to tour bus stop, 10 min to bar streets. Not bad breakfast, like a bonus - nice bar on rooftop. Friendly and helpful stuff. A room is not so clean, no outside windows, you can feel a lack of air a little, but there is a fan in a room. Hot water, locker. What else do you need for such price)) oh, there is a public kitchen, public coffee maker and fridge are available.

|6.07km from downtownGood apartments close to enough to everything to walk. We had some noice issues though, as they had trouble opening the door of the apartment next to us and it took them two hours from 10 pm to midnight to fix it. Didn’t catch much sleep accordingly.

|2.67km from downtownI stayed here for 3 nights at the end of January 2022. The hotel is in a nice area close to shops, cafes, restaurants, street food, convenience stores, and a Sumesa grocery store. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel, and another one adjacent to it on the other side; it is only open from 7AM -2PM. I walked to Paseo de la Reforma and Centro Historico, or if you're not a walker, Ubers are readily available. My room was large, and divided into three parts; bedroom; dressing room with clothing rack, full-length mirror, and sink; and bathroom with a large shower. The water was hot, and had good pressure. The bed was comfortable, and there was an outlet near the headboard so I could easily charge my electronics. Wifi was excellent. The room, including the dressing room, was very dim. There were no bedside lamps, just a light attached to the wall above the bed, and a small lamp hanging over the TV. There was a large picture window in the room, which helped with lighting, but I didn't open the curtains completely for privacy reasons. My room faced the street, but I heard very little street noise. Likewise, I did not hear noise from adjacent rooms or other guests, either. The biggest drawback to my stay was how cold the rooms were, almost inexplicably so. During the day the outside temp was in the low to mid-70's F (~23-24 C), but the room felt like it was about 60 degrees (16 C) or less. At night the room temperature felt like it was near-freezing. I got an extra blanket, which helped a little, but not enough. As large as the room is, it could easily accommodate a mini-fridge, but there wasn't one. There was no coffee maker, tea kettle, or microwave either, and none available in the lobby. The room prices for this hotel fluctuate a lot, and are much pricier if you book on short notice. I only paid $27 USD total per night, including tax, but I have seen instances where it was double that. I think the room was a good bargain for the price I paid, but not if you pay much more than that. If you don't mind cold rooms, and can get a room at a reasonable price, then I recommend staying here. Unfortunately, the icy rooms were a deal breaker for me, and I probably wouldn't stay here again.

|0.36km from downtownMust be praised. The location and service are first class. Just next to the Constitution Square, walk to the main church and the Great Temple for five minutes. We come back every day for a nap. The key is that the service is super good, the snacks and mineral water in the lobby can be taken at any time. I went to the front desk to ask how to buy a subway card. They actually gave one for free. They asked to go back when they checked out. The hotel restaurant is also great. Good taste and cheap, many locals come to eat, we have three tables for lunch for birthdays.

|4.8km from downtownI have visited Mexico city more times, but since I have tried Grand Fiesta America there is no other place to stay especially if you need to be near a Polanco area, where I had some business meetings. Hotel is quite modern equipped. Some of big Hotel chains in Mexico city had some 90s look, which is not the case of Grand Fiesta Americana. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff really friendly and flexible. I have been there more than one time and to my surprise some of the staff on the 16th floor recognize me and get me quite warm welcome. Some of the staff works there for more years which means that the management treat them well which is a good sign. I will be definitely be back in near future.

|1.83km from downtownI give this hotel 5 stars for some very simple reasons. It's got a good rate, it's a new building, the employees were friendly, the rooms comfortable and generally very clean. Bedding was fantastic, towels of decent quality, and the amenities were a good brand. (CO Bigelow). I took away a start because they list themselves on Orbitz and Expedia as a ”VIP Access” hotel for people who have elite status with Orbitz (or Expedia) of which I am Platinum. They did not offer any upgrade, late check-out, or even mention that I was a Platinum member of Orbitz or that they participate in the VIP Elite program. Sort of disappointing and they shouldn't be listed as a VIP Elite Hotel with Orbitz or Expedia if they're not going to honor what they said they would. (Because listing themselves this way helps them attract more customers such as myself.) Be more honest Fiesta Americana Viaducto Aeropuerto hotel.

|2.32km from downtownThis is a very economical hotel in Mexico City. It is ideally located between the Cologne Monument and the Plaza de la Revolution. You can walk to Alamanda Park, the National Academy of Fine Arts, and Constitution Square (although it takes a long way to go to Constitution Square). The room was small, but spotless, the staff was friendly and there was a small restaurant outside the lobby that tasted very positive. There is a VIP restaurant on the corner, (Dennis style leisure restaurant) The breakfast there is very good, there are many good local restaurants, you can walk there from the hotel. I have stayed here four or five times and never been disappointed, this is my favorite place in Mexico City.

|2.76km from downtownVery satisfied, harvest surprise, very cost-effective, although it is five kilometers away from the airport terminal 2.
Facilities: The facilities are relatively new and complete. The big TV, visually 60 inches, Samsung, although I arrived late and didn't watch TV. The big bed can lie down for a family of three. The mattress is very soft, comparable to a zero-pressure mattress in a certain season. I have nothing to ask for when I can lie down comfortably for two days. .
Hygienic: very clean, much cleaner than domestic chain hotels at the same price.
Environment: Very quiet, no noise.
Service: I arrived at 9 o'clock in the evening and left around 3 o'clock in the morning. The front desk intimately called a taxi for me. It was ten minutes and I liked it.

And biking through Mexico City makes it very easy. They're not gonna have a kitchen where you can cook something in yourself.

|4.28km from downtownStayed for in November for 4 nights and it was a very comfortable stay. It's like having your own apartment but someone comes and cleans it. Here is the run down: Pros: -Very spacious. Like I mentioned, it's pretty much like a serviced apartment. There is full kitchen, dining area, sitting area, and even a balcony. There's not much of a view but it's still nice to be able to sit outside -Free laundry. Although it's a little creepy because you have to go to the parking garage and it's literally one washer and one dryer. But the good thing is that you don't have to leave the building to go down there -There's a convenience store and a taco cart right downstairs -They keep the main door locked at certain hours, which gave us some peace of mind -One free bottle of wine per stay (at least we had it because I booked through Hotels.com) -2 free bottles of water per day Cons: -Location is a bit far from most areas you'd probably want to visit as a tourist. It's still accessible (for example, the Angel of Independence is about a 10 min walk) but we mainly ubered everywhere. There are restaurants within walking distance but none of the popular restaurants. Overall, it was a great stay. It was very comfortable and we felt relatively safe. But I think if I were to come back to Mexico City, I would probably stay closer to where all the good restaurants are at.

|5.96km from downtownAs someone who grew up in Mexico City, I definitely recommend Bemate Masaryk!! Polanco is one of, if not, the safest spaces in the city. You can walk with your child at any time and there is always people walking with dogs and children. Bemate is in the perfect area for walking to any local restaurants and boutiques. The biggest pointers of the hotel are the air conditioning, the great water pressure for the shower, and the staff are very accommodating and welcoming. Monse, our room attendant, always left the room clean and tidy and was very willing to work around our schedule. Definitely recommended.

|3.39km from downtownI missed my flight to Panama City. As Coldplay was in town, all hotels within an 8 k radius were booked solid. By chance I got a great cab driver who took me to this hotel. What a treasure, a lovely little room, very clean with a restaurant and close to a number of other restaurants and little shops. I have always been nervous of Mexico City Center but there were a lot of police presence so it was a great surprise adventure.

|4.43km from downtownLocated on the Reforma Avenue, the hotel is less than 1 km from the Museum of Anthropology and the Angel Independence Column. It is conveniently located about 8 minutes on foot from Metro Line 1. The breakfast at the hotel tastes good and has local features, but the variety is small. The buffet breakfast has two options, the regular version and the local special edition. Unfortunately, even the second one is not very rich. I tried the dinner at the hotel and it tasted very good. The price is slightly more expensive than the average restaurant. The red velvet cake sold in the hotel's bakery tastes good and is inexpensive and worth recommending. The hotel's swimming pool is relatively small, the gym is not very big, and there are few people in the evening.
