DeKing Hotel is my second time staying here due to the easy location just beside Avenue k and walkable to KLCC Lrt station and also walkable to MRT Ampang park station. Overall the bed is clean and comfortable. But this time Abit disappointed the lamp of the room is broken and also Iron clothes are also broken too. It burns my clothes too. Hopefully management will change the lamp and also iron. My room door is slightly broken too and I don't know what happened. Last time I stayed the situation was good but this time I just got a broken room.

At first I was worried because this place got a lot of 'bad reviews' BUT after I got to unit 30-02, I was very happy and satisfied.. The house is clean, spacious and all the facilities are available.. extra mattresses are provided by the owner.. the place is very private.. the swimming pool is also the best.. there is also a gym.. Very good and friendly owner and security.. Thank you Mr Gan and some security people.. the one I remember is Kamal's name, the others I don't know.. In shaa Allah will go again.. Binjai 8 Premium Soho KLCC is the best 👍

The unit is well maintained and have a 5 star’s level charm to it. You have everything you needed throughout the stay from hair dryer to washing machine and kitchen’s cooking appliances. However, you might need to bring your own toothbrush for the stay. They have a smart TV for entertainment and a bathtub is a bonus although I have no chance to use it yet due to tight schedules. The management team is very responsive and helpful. Well done! Will definitely coming back for the next trip!

The overall experience at the hotel was decent, but there were a couple of issues. The pillows were uncomfortable and not supportive, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Nice suite in a good location. Booked the room for two nights. After checking in at 6 AM I had to change rooms at noon. That was a little bit inconvenient. This hotel doesn't have a front desk. For checking in and checking out you have to call a number and someone is coming 10 to 15 minutes later. When leaving, I was checking out at 5 AM to catch an early flight. I called and waited 20 minutes but nobody came. When I called the number again, the same person, sounding very sleepy answered. He probably fell asleep again after the first call. Finally 15 minutes later somebody came to check me out and return the security deposit.

Thank you, Momo's KL, for hosting me at your accommodation! I’ve always been intrigued by your ads on XHS, and I finally got the chance to stay for a night. I checked in around 4 PM, and the process was quick and seamless. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a single lift providing access to the rooms upstairs. While it’s compact, the lift is well-decorated, and the hotel offers plenty of fun activities, making the overall atmosphere lively and engaging. My room was at the end of the floor. Though small, it was functional and fit a queen-sized bed with just enough space to move around. It included a chair, TV, a safety box (unfortunately broken), and a hairdryer. What pleasantly surprised me was the USB charger, it saved the day since I had forgotten to bring my adapter! The bathroom was also compact but well-equipped. However, I found the shower controls a bit confusing. There were two valves without clear instructions, so it took some effort to adjust the water to the perfect temperature. On a positive note, the body wash and conditioning shampoo smelled wonderful! The only downside to my stay was the room door—it was very hard to close properly and seemed slightly damaged. I checked out at 3 AM, and even at that hour, the staff were present and handled the process efficiently.

When I checked in, I was greeted by this Indian lady who wasn’t the friendliest. But during my check out, this Malay lady’s customer service deserves a compliment. She was very approachable and helpful. In fact, she gave me a free tote bag because my room was infested with ants on the second day. Room wise, I got upgraded to a loft so that’s nice. Very aesthetically pleasing. Personally, I don’t like how I have to climb up and down just to head to the washroom at night since it’s 2 storeys. The smart Tv didn’t work at all. I love the view of TRX, it was perfect. The room was clean and pristine. Breakfast was nothing extraordinary. Just good. But the restaurant was quite cramped! Hotel located opposite a nasi kandar stall which opens 24 hours so that’s really convenient!

This is a new hotel so can see the bedsheet, blanket n pillow n towel(got 2 towel n 2 face towel) crisp clean. Alot of place to put medium size luggage. Got chair n phone n simple wardrobe with hanger to hang dress. As a solo traveller, i surely will come back here next time i got event to attend.

Helpful staff at the front desk, room was reasonable clean. Little bit mouldy in the bathroom. Hotel was In a good area Problem was the room smelt so strong of BO when we first entered. Like someone had run a marathon with no deodorant on in the room and sat there. We had to open the window and the door to try and air it out.
