We stayed in the Conrad Etihad Towers for 3 nights. The room layout including bathroom and especially the bed are all very comfortable. Even though the hotel is already 12 years old, the room looked like new and the lobby is one of the biggest and most beautiful I have ever seen. Amenities like water, tea & coffee are well stocked. The staff of reception, housekeeping and the F&B dept are very well trained, friendly and professional. The high service level gives you a welcoming feeling. Our overall experience was very good, but some improvement should be done on the beach side/bar staff. - A lot of sun umbrellas are broken, but still on the beach which makes it difficult to find a working one. - The towels could do with a replacement. - The staff on the beach side is not pro active and hard to find (they must have a good hiding place somewhere). You have to do everything yourself. - Tonight we were looking forward to a relaxing drink at the beach bar, but when we arrived at 07.40 PM the bar tender told us the bar was closed and we had to go to the Vakava restaurant for a drink, which we didn’t want as we were not dressed for the occasion. When I shared my understanding that the bar opening times was at least until 8 PM, he was so kind to poor us a drink. We noticed other people got chips and nuts, but 3 nights in a row there were only olives for us. - It looks like there is lack of management on the beach side. - The beach area is not well cleaned, because we saw a lot of cigarette butts and plastic garbage. We would like to thank the rest of the staff for the pleasant stay!

The only regret I had at the end was that I asked the lobby manager for a cup of hot water to make milk for my child. She told the restaurant manager to come to us and confirmed it twice before asking us to pour water. However, it didn't arrive for half an hour. In the end, it didn't arrive. When I went to the restaurant by myself, I met the manager and said he was too busy to leave. I didn’t want to affect my mood by going to play, so I didn’t care about it. But the overall rating was lowered because of this.

hygienic words It was because the guest room was cleaned after I finished breakfast. I saw that he left the bed sheet and quilt cover on my suitcase. ”My suitcase was checked in by plane and the suitcase coat was lost, so I picked up my luggage at Dubai Airport. I became a veritable punching bag! In addition, the environment of the hotel is excellent, and the location is also very good. It is 2 minutes by car from the Cultural Oriental Hotel, and the Government House is also within easy reach. The view of the hotel is very positive, you can enjoy multiple buildings at 180 and they are clearly visible. The service is very good. If you are traveling with children, you can get an extra bed for free, and you only need to pay for breakfast. If you need anything in the room, you can call and get through immediately and solve it immediately. It is much better than the more expensive Anantara Desert Hotel where you stayed later. Abu Dhabi Radison Blue & Resort Conish - Abu Dhabi Radison Blue is in Yas Island and Conish, and I used it on the Conish Beach side. - About a few years ago, it changed from Hilton to Radison Blue and renovated, the interior is stylish and nice. *Ambience/Facilities: Good atmosphere, interior, staff, facilities *Key points: The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is good, the facilities, restaurants in the hotel and the tuk tuk are also next to the beach. 1. Breakfast is quite good and the staff are really friendly. The egg fries and omelettes made by yourself are so delicious and the bread is delicious. 2. There are about 5 or 6 restaurants / pubs / bars in the hotel, and Vertigo is delicious at a reasonable price (about 100,000 won per person), and there is a very high-end restaurant next to it, and the sandy beach is pretty. The lighting is so pretty (2 people 30-500,000 won). 3. The fitness center is spacious and comfortable and gorgeous. 4. Room condition was good and equipped with necessary amenities. There is no toothpaste toothbrush. No indoor slippers are provided and you ask. There's free water, there's tea rectification, there's coffee. 5. Location: 40 minutes taxi ride from Abu Dhabi Airport, 90 dirhams (about 35,000 won, 2022.10. Standard). I booked a pick-up service with the hotel concierge (apply by hotel email) 140 dirham (about 60,000 won, I think it was taxed separately because it was calculated when I checked out). As soon as I found my luggage, the driver was standing at the gate with a picket. When I arrived in Abu Dhabi, I applied for a pick-up service beyond 11 pm. I used a taxi that I took from the hotel when I returned. 6. Accessibility around: Abu Dhabi is a resort, but nearby Marina Mall (cheaply purchased on the first floor of the basement, Carrefour, gifts, etc.), Grand Mosque, Abu Dhabi Louvre Museum, Presidential Palace, It was good to be close to the Adnock Center (Oil Company National Corporation). 7. Local currency: Only Dirham, because the taxi was not desole with the US dollar, Dirham was exhausted and then exchanged money from the hotel front to Dirham. You can exchange money from Monday, except for weekends, like banks at the hotel front desk. I went on a business trip, I couldn't use the facilities and went to the tourist spots well, but I wanted to go again and this hotel was a good place to go again. Recommended.

It was the best among the 8 hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi on this trip. The Abu Dhabi Conrad Hotel is good, but the Abu Dhabi St. Regis is the most luxurious. Facilities and services. The check-in and check-out staff were the best, and although it was only a brief meeting with the butler, all the staff I met were friendly and greeted me. This is a hotel I definitely want to go back to. The pool on the beach is not big, but there is a lot of shade and the beach is pretty. Even when I was dazed while sitting on the beach sunbed for a while, would you come up and give me some water and a tower? And when I said it was okay, he said he was sorry for disturbing me. I was also very satisfied with the breakfast.

The newly opened hotel apartment has a great environment and is especially suitable for a family to live in a large room together. The two-bedroom room is really spacious, has three bathrooms, and is very clean and tidy. But the sea view is not particularly perfect because there are some buildings under construction in the sea. At the same time, as a newly opened hotel, some facilities are broken, such as the window door handles and door stops. In addition, the hotel apartment shares a breakfast area with the InterContinental Hotel. The InterContinental Hotel is really old and the restaurant is really crowded. It takes 10 minutes to walk there every time. The scenery along the way is still very beautiful.

I stayed here twice during the first ten days of July. Absolutely fantastic, hands down best Accor run property in the UAE. Most of the customer service at Accor hotels in the UAE is atrocious and horrible. But this property, is the absolute opposite. Honestly, other properties in the UAE should send their management and staff to shadow the staff and management at this hotel. All of my requests being an Accor member were met with absolute ease. Everything was efficient and most of all prompt. The staff, Roshani, who checked me in was absolutely wonderful and the staff who checked me in on my second stay, I believe a Moroccan staff early in the morning, was equally fantastic. The hotel goes out of its way for its loyalty members and that is truly appreciated. This has become my go to property in the UAE even if I have work in Dubai. I would not mind the drive because I have tried so many Accor hotels in Dubai and they are frankly just empty properties devoid of service. A special thanks to the staff working at 10pm on the 20th at Aroma. He went out of his way to accommodate my wife and that was very touching. Thanks once again and I will definitely be back.

I was first time in beach rotana and overwhelmed by the hospitality and greetings. Door man was amzing and polite, don't remember his name but believe he is from Nepal.. I dine in Garden restaurant and had a very pleasant experience there with a delicious food and memorable hospitality. While me leaving the hotel, I couldn't find my valet ticket and Mr. Francis approached me, though I was bit panicked with the situation but he kept me comfortable while offering me and my fiance Arabic coffee and explained me about Beach Rotana.. It was really amazing experience and I will definitely recommend Beach Rotana to all my family and friends ❤️

The picture for suite which I book is different then the actual room. In real it’s just one bedroom with sofa but in pictures it’s giving a look of 2 separate rooms or even one picture showing stairs to go up for bedroom and down is sitting area. I report this after check in but seems reception staff waste all energy in how to talk polite rather then how to solve the problem. By talking nicely doesn’t means good customer service. I had a great experience staying at the yas island Rotana hotel. The hotel is not far from the yas mall. There is a free hotel shuttle bus at the door, which runs every 15 minutes. Y2 can reach Ferrari Park and Warner Bros. Park, which is very convenient! This is my second stay at the Gravity hotel this year for business, It was so good the first time I asked my company to use it in future, It is conveniently located in the commercial area and near to the industrial area. Stayed here for my birthday in the private pool villa! It was surreal. My whole stay from the atmosphere to the kindness of the staff really made my stay extra special. Actually I think to leave the bad feedback for this hotel because of some things, I was expecting from this hotel, when I came with my mom i suddenly felt like the hotel doesn’t match with pictures in reality of this hotel and I was trying to cancel my booking but the trip come had some policy and the guy in reception was so polite and professional he change my room with very nice room with balcony face to the beach, my mom love that room and I change my mind. When we start to leave for few days I realize that it’s really nice hotel, people are polite and very respectful, always smiling and trying their best, the buffet was excellent, thank you chef for cooking delicious meal and we love that, we enjoyed a lot with my mom, breakfast amazing very fresh food and clean!!!! The room was very clean and the workers were very friendly and polite especially Mohammed was cleaning my room 514 he very friendly and so respectful with shining eyes!!!! Yas Island is a very separate area where you are not easy to visit downtown but gives you a very quiet vacation accommodation. Got upgraded to a one-bedroom suite which is considerable spacious and everything is nearly brand new. The pool is nice but what makes it better is connected to the WB hotel pool which you can walk there to enjoy the pool there too. WB pool is cool which a big screen for warner bro canton all the time and very good for the kids!

Approximately 30 minutes away from Abu Dhabi airport, Copthorne Downton is perfectly placed for all your needs. Shopping mall, Ferrari World, Yas marina are all 19 minutes away by car. Room was spacious and very homely. Ladies at reception are real strength, dealing with no matter how big a problem with speed and efficiency. The concierge was very helpful and courteous. All Staffs are very friendly and efficient specially Mr. Austin and Mr. Shibu. They are always there to help. Housekeeping service is also very good compare to other hotels. I have stayed most of hotels in tourist club area, Mazlish,Al Manzel, Oriental but Ivory is one of the best hotel for family.

Very well located. Excellent spacious room with two refrigerators, a kettle, a microwave and a cupboard for dishes. Excellent set of cosmetics in the bathroom. didn't like there was absolutely no dishes, no forks, no knife at least.

It was a wonderful hotel to stay , professional staff like Mariem , Kadija , Moin , Robin who made my stay so special and honored me with their hospitality and professionalism . In Cyan ,Breakfast is large buffet with international choice of foods . Room are spacious with a great comfort , clean toiletries and restroom. It is not a goodbye for me but a see you in near future! I strongly recommend.

Hotel location is OK, the surrounding shops are more and more lively. The hotel is a bit old and it is estimated to be many years old. There is a door in my room that leads to the next room. It feels very unsafe. I can hear it in the next room, especially in this position. If it is night, it is not convenient for friends to come over, the front desk will ask.
