We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient - it is right next to the train station and next to a shopping mall with shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Although next to the railway, we were not disturbed by the sound (we were on the third floor). The room is sufficient - a little small for two travellers with luggage but not bad for a short term stay. There is a laundry on site (washer and dryer) and detergent which are available for use free of charge. The staff are friendly - no English but no issues communicating via Google translate :) We would stay here again if back in Shanghai.

We were upgraded to a bigger room, and when they saw that my mother and I were together, they gave us a quieter one. I was really grateful. The hotel service was good. They let us check in an hour early, but the soundproofing in the room was too poor. A family with two children from next door came and made noises from 1:30 to 3:00. I couldn't sleep all night and was exhausted. I asked the front desk to remind us in the middle of the night, but it didn't help much. However, the service attitude was good. It's not worth more than 300 yuan.

Good hostel, with very very lovely and helpful owners. Inloved that the dorm and the people who were in were quiet. Comfy private isolated dorm bed with shelfes, plugs and lockers. Also, you get slippers, a towel and a toothbrush as well as free toothpaste, which is great. There are vending machines, where you can buy drinks, instant noodle soup, hygenic articles and more refined slippers. There is access to all public transportation in walking distance. Also a few shops and places to eat nearby, next Family Mart is at the subway station 6 min walk away. For me the mattress were a bit too slim, so a bit hard surface to sleep. It's not the most fancy and new interior design, but it has all you need for a pleasant stay.

The front office works very good that she let us into the room first whilst she was doing the checkin administration. The hotel itself is an old building, but they seem to renovate the room coz the room design looks quite updated, but not the bathroom. Anyway they are clean enough for us to stay. The location just right around SISU university, quite a walk from hongkou stadium mrt station, around there are quite convenient store when u need something or just buying some breakfast, next to hotel there is a yunnan restaurant whose owner is very nice, they cook good foods too...

The lift doesn’t go directly to the third floor so she accompanied me to my room. Cleanliness: the room was relatively clean. Amenities: the front desk offered a dental kit. The room also had cups and water however no tea or coffee was provided. There was a tv in the room, however, I didn’t use it. Exactly like in the pictures. 02 kinds of bedroom: one slightly bigger (facing the street) and the other facing the neighborhood in the back (more silent, stayed in this one). Staff polite and helpful, no english. Metro station 1km away (Zhoupu). Is 40 minutes metro to pudong touristic center. But right in front there's a pedestrian street and a mall nearby that gives us the feeling of ”China for chinese” (like we saw in smaller cities). It was worthy to stay here. The price is good and we will come back if we have the opportunity.
