The plus.. good water pressure able to heat but not very hot water, still hot enough. Complimentary shampoo, body wash, bottled water, and good air conditioning. Clean, it isnt far from Central City Bangkok, walking distance actually and thats the positives Negative, paid for a large bed, hardly a full size in reality. In fact see the photos I attach as it wasnt even a mattres by western standards. I have never slept on a harder box spring, yes you read tgat correctly it was a box spring being passed off as a matress. I contacted the desk and was told this is whats in all the rooms. I could not sleep and had a stiff back the next day. There was no night table or lamp beside the bed, so I had to use a chair to act as a tabke for my CPAP machine. The smoke detector was covered in plastic, and I didnt discover this until the morning. I hate to think if the other rooms are covered as well. If there was a fire would the detector work? Unknown. There are many places that do not cost as much as this place, and better rooms. I have stayed at them, and I know. Had I known their beds are hard and boxspring like I would not have stayed at this place. Some might actually like a hard bed, and if you do then this is the place for you. There were only local national tv channels on tv, and I couldnt locate any other languages either. The tv sits on a low stand. So if one want to lay in bed and watch tv its almost impossible. See attached photo to see my feet covering half of the screen. This seems like more of a place that someone would maybe stay long term, and not a tourist/hotel. I was surprised the app I went through actually post this. So in short it cost more than others, bed hard, tv lower than bed, smoke detector covered. WIR... not for me

Its in the mid point between city centre and airport. Around 20mins ride to siam and so as to airport. Walking distance to a CENTRAL plaza. Around 12-15mins ride to few local big shopping centre. You can enjoy same shopping experience instead of crowd touristic centre. The room is spacious with a small pantry, big fridge and balcony. The pool is nice. I m sure will stay again soon.

This is a small 4-story hotel located on the side road of the Si Eam multi-level intersection in Bang Na district in eastern Bangkok. As this is a new hotel that just opened in the early 2020s, the area around the hotel lobby has a cafe-like casual atmosphere based on the recently trending simple and clean concept. The interior of the guest room is also coordinated with a minimalist philosophy that eliminates waste as much as possible. The guest room seems to have packed the maximum functionality and comfort into a limited space, with the latest bedding, lighting around the bed, and a large screen internet TV that is probably 60 inches, which surpasses even the guest room facilities of a high-end hotel. In moderation. Although there are no restaurants or tourist attractions around the hotel, it seems to be suitable for use as a business hotel as it has excellent access to Suvarnabhumi International Airport and the eastern part of Bangkok. In addition, there is a hotel directly opposite Seacon Square that is operated by the same owner with a similar concept. Although it has not yet become a nationwide chain, it is a boutique hotel with an excellent guest room concept in the Bang Na area, and it is no wonder that it is generally highly rated on reservation sites.

Dear all, I want to share my bitter sweet experiences of my Alternative State Quarantine (ASQ) stay at Maple Hotel Bang Na. The pickup and arrival in Hotel is OK. Food is OK. The food and beverage manager is understanding and kind. If you are staying here alone and don't have any other requirements, no problem. I want to share something so that you know what you will be getting from Maple Hotel Bang Na. I booked the Deluxe room package on the ASQ brochure released by them. On their website, they stated that deluxe room have bathtub, but not in their ASQ brochure. So I contacted them and ask the type of room we are staying at the moment and to be transfer to deluxe room with Bathtub. 16 days quarantine in the room, at least we can relax in bathtub since we can't use the pool. On their websites the room we are staying (by looking at the room design and information provided), we assume that we are staying in Superior room, which is one grade lower. For the first 11 days, their excuses were the deluxe room with bathtub is in another building and they refuse to tell me what room that we are staying at the moment. So the General Manager (Owner) called me on day 12 and ask me what I want. I ask the hotel to honor their offer advertise on the brochure. I ask him, what room we are staying in at the moment and he do not want to tell me. So I explained to him that the room type offered is deluxe room and in their website stated that deluxe room have bathtub. He keep repeating that he do not want to listen to me talking about the package on the brochure. Then he THREATEN to complaint to Government if I request for room with Bathtub or talk about what is in the package. The GM also stated very clear that I should listen to him, not he listen to me. The GM also lied that Thai Government forbid them to provide rooms with bathtub to ASQ customers. So I called the hotel front desk and spoke with the so called ”Covid Manager”. This time, They give excuses that there are two type of deluxe room, one with bathtub, one without. They said every single room allocated for ASQ including Luxury, Executive and Family WILL NOT HAVE bathtub. So I reconfirmed with the him if there are such regulation by Thai Government that forbid Maple Hotel to provide bathtub to ASQ customer, at first he said YES, Thai Government don't allow them to provide bahtub to ASQ customer, then I ask that other ASQ hotel provide room with bathtub, this time he immediately said that it's Maple Hotel decision to not provide bathtub to ASQ customer. They said they are loosing money by offering us ASQ customers room with bathtub. In reality, they will go bankrupt if it isn't for ASQ. They should appreciate us, not the opposite. For the 16days quarantine at Maple Hotel, I feared for my daughter safety and my safety as anything could happen as long as we stay in their property because we will only received our Covid Free Certificate. I am not expecting super clean nor super complete rooms in Pratunam area considering this area is very crowded with stores and market activities. This hotel has provide exactly everything we need for the area. Clean bed and bathroom, sufficient towels, free flow mineral water and very reliable fast WiFi access. This could be the most suitable hotel to choose in this area. We saw there are a lot more more 'fancy and luxurious' hotel nearby, however most of them located above very busy and noisy market with knock down stall which may cause unnecessary noisy for your sleep. This area is almost open 24 hours. Cloud 9 just the right choice which located on a quiet corner. This hotel could be hard to find even if you use online map. Try to look for Benz hotel. This cloud 9 is next to it. we will definitely choose this hotel again when we had a chance to visit the area. We do not hesitate to recommend this place to our colleagues and families.

Our stay at Shan villas was excellent! This is a new hotel in the heart of Bangkok and it did not disappoint! Great location, a short trip from the On Nut Station. The villas are spacious with a great open air concept, beautiful interior and really beautiful pool! We highly recommend booking the jacuzzi villa as you can spend time with your friends in a villa that is very reasonably priced! We had the warmest welcome from all Staff members and we treated exceptionally well, they made us feel at home instantly and assisted us at all times for anything we might have needed, our stay was truly made by the incredible service we received, the food was the highlight of the stay! We opted for the floating breakfast and it was amazing, and a night at the rooftop dome dining experience, the food was delicious and top quality seafood too! Very fresh and both options of Thai and Western food! We would definitely stay at Shan villas when we are back in Bangkok! A huge thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable! We will be back and would highly recommend this stay!

The three people stayed in a room with two bunk beds for 4 people. The room was clean and hygienic. Convenient transit, 15 minutes walk to the airport. I stayed in two hotels in this location, this and the Tangman Hotel. This cleaner sanitation facilities are better. Tangman has 3 buildings, the air in the first floor room is almost, there is an airport transfer but you have to pay. They are all in the village next to the airport, and it is very convenient to eat.

Stayed here for three nights on a quick “weekend” getaway trip, and wasn’t disappointed. The room was very big, with a bedroom and en-suite seperate from the living area and kitchenette. Bed was a king size and very clean and comfortable. En-suite was big, clean with a bathtub/shower. Toiletries and clean towels supplied everyday, but there wasn’t a hairdryer just FYI. Chaise lounge in the living area along with flat screen tv and DVD player. Dining table and full size fridge, with bottled water supplied daily. We bought our own coffee and milk, but complimentary coffee is offered every morning down in The Sip cafe. There’s a nice rooftop respite too, and the washing machine is up there if you need to do laundry. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and polite. We really enjoyed our stay here! There are also a couple of Michelin Star restaurants down the street, along with a very good suit tailor just around the corner. Highly recommend if you want clean, quiet, self contained accommodation not smack bang in the city. For us, it was central and an easy walk to wherever we wanted to go, but there are plenty of taxis and tuk tuk’s available in the street if you’re not a walker (like us). SBS...clean, safe, comfortable and affordable, we like it!!

A friend of mine recommended this hotel to me when I visited Thailand last November 2023. I also highly recommend this boutique hotel for the following reasons: 1. It's just a few steps away from the MRT, so that means staying in this hotel will enable you to save some money on transportation. 2. Clean, orderly and noise-free. My four-day stay was very comfortable. 3. The most important of all, for the time, the staff were very friendly, all smiles all the time, and very helpful. I think it is the nature of Thai people to be gentle and kind, and I really appreciate how I was treated kindly. One time, I was having difficulties talking with the motorcycle driver because he did not understand English that much, and so I asked for help from the receptionist. The receptionist talked to the driver over the app on phone and even walked me to the pick up point a few meters away from the hotel. The driver was unable to pick me up in front of the hotel because of heavy traffic. Also one of the staff let me borrow the plug for cellphones overnight. Lastly, wen I had to leave very early in the morning for the airport, he even helped me get my luggage into the trunk of the Grab taxi. Bedever has made stay in Bangkok much, much better. To the staff, thank you ka mak mak. l I will definitely book my stay here next time!

My son wanted to have a pod hotel experience on our Thailand trip, so we choose this hotel for our last night before flying out early in the morning. I would say it was a great option for a younger backpacker/traveler on a budget. We bought out an entire room so had private showers. The lockers were small, but we didn't need them. Not the best option for a family with a lot of luggage, but pretty clean. We did have a few people knock on our door in the middle of the night and try to get in for some reason.

Been staying for 5 nights at room 2215, actually the room is quite ok, at first, no sandals n bathroom amenities, so need to call for sandals and the bathroom amenities. But, Still ok.. Some of the lamp button inside the room are malfunctioning, some of the lamp will blip after u turn off all the lights. But, Still ok.. Who design this bathroom? The shower doesn’t have a door, so the floor outside the shower always wet after taking a bath. But, Still ok.. The very minus points is the cleanliness inside the room, I found lots of coackroach every morning! I catch 3 in the bathroom, and 4 on the table beside the TV, every morning after I turn ON the lights! Just tired of this problem. The only good reason was,its non smoking room, its on 22th floor, quite high floor but sometimes can still hear train sounds an motobike sounds. And I think the wall is quite thick, didnt hear any sound from other rooms, just sometimes from outside the Rooms door. Quite is a plus. The Breakfast is good, but 5days there, they didn’t change some of the choices. Only 2 spots they changed. But, Still ok.. And the last is the location, not bad , its located on Shukumvit area, the closest BTS station is Phra Kanong, maybe around 5-10mins walk from the Hotel. Got some 7-11 downstair in the next building.

[1 minute walk from BTS Saraden (Silom) station! Hotel Croom ☆ in the best location, too comfortable] I want to stay, so I go to a new hotel! And Nishitetsu opened here on September 9th ♩ 1 minute walk from the area where Pappon Night Market and famous Thai restaurants (Savoy, Hock Fish Fish, Everyday Mookrata) are available 🚶‍♀️ Laundry in the room There is a machine and a large bathtub, perfect for long-term stays, business trips, and a change of mood! I felt that it would be a base for traveling like living! Personally, it's a nice point to be able to wear original Thai pants and go out as it is! I also used a Thai-like checked palmar comb, and I felt that it was a child with a good Thai character and Japanese functionality 😊 I will come again!
