Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had in an Indonesian accommodation. The view is fantastic and accessible from the cafe and restaurant onsite. The menu is diverse and includes food for all tastes. Breakfast is served to your door at 7am. There isn’t much to do right outside except relax and enjoy the sunset; however, there are several hiking spots nearby as well as a Cimory Dairyland. For one or two nights, this is a perfect accommodation, especially if you stay in the higher-end mansion (it’s designed like a European castle). I have only one suggestion: bring bug spray for the room. (April 2023)

Went to Swiss-belhotel Bogor for 2 days of meeting and stay 1 night. The location itself is great, close to cafe and resto, to toll road and easy to find. it's not a big hotel but it accommodates our needs. The meeting room and the hotel room are clean, the staffs are fast respond, Mba Lena and Mba Meriam were very helpful for extra guests we had, for any sudden request or at any trouble. From what I see is most of staffs are women to handle meeting rooms but cannot ignore men staff's capability, they are helpful and fast too ;-)

I have stayed at this hotel several times mostly during the weekend. However this time we decided to stay during weekdays and found out that the hotel was short of staff on the lake area and the gym was under renovation. My children was not able to fully explore the lake experience (boat riding, etc). My wife asking for additional mineral water but was told that it cost her extra money because we only stay for 1 night.

Staying 2D1N at mirah for business purpose, workshop meeting. Honestly i have a good impression in the first sight. Nice lobby and the hallway to their restaurants and meeting room. Their menu in the restaurant is good. Especially their chicken noodles and rawon.. But i kind of dissapointed with their room facilities. Lack of electricity plug, and amenities. I stay in room in old tower (3 digits) room, and they provide soap bar at the bathroom for bath. When i call the operator to ask for the liquid soap, the give it but the package is not look like a new one.oh, and they dont have a hair dryer at the bathroom i hope they can upgrade their amenities for better experience of staying at mirah hotel. Because honestly i feel like staying at 3 stars hotel, not 4 stars hotel.

Second time stay in this hotel and booked the same room type. The first one was good, but this time the linen and the blanked of the bed was dirty i dont know why. The carpet and the sofa were old but still good and comfortable. The room and the bathroom were spacious. The breakfast was good as well. Overall it was good expect for the linen and the cover this time.

Actually, we plan to go to Taman Safari, but we were late, the Taman Safari was already closed. And since my kids were begging to go to Taman Safari, I finally decided to sleepover one night at Puncak. It's not easy to look for a ”Family frindly” hotel in Puncak, and we see this Big hotel named Grand Ussu, and we decided to stay there. And we are right. The hotel is clean, big and there was Hotel staff that was really helpful his name is Yusuf. So overall experience during this unexpected sleepover at Puncak is good.

We’re staying in Hobbit 33. The room has 1 king size bed and bunk bed, even after all that the room still have a spacious living area. The bed was very very comfortable however the pillow is too firm for me. Inside the room they have safety box, mini fridge, hair dryer, smart TV, separate bath tub and rain shower. The room ceiling is very unique, try to turn off all other the lights in the room except the lights inside ceiling decorations and you’ll see the night sky filled with stars. ;) They also have a balcony, our room was facing to the playground. And around 60meters from waterpark. Breakfast is packed around 7-8am..if u go after 8am it was less packed with sufficient food supply.
