Crystal Hotel Hat Yai map

The location is superb. It's opposite Central Hatyai where you can shop whenever you feel like it. There is a 7-Eleven next to the hotel, no need to worrily if you need to grab some bites during night time. Grab ride is also very convenient. This is my 3rd time staying in this hotel. I will definitely come back.

Premium hotel with affordable price. From the first moment of entering the hotel, we were warmly greeted. The checkin process is easy l, and the staffs were all friendly and helpful throughout our 3 days 2 nights stay. This hotel is superb in all aspects and there is nothing that I want them to change - keep up the good work! ;)

Nice location in the centre of hatyai, near to 7eleven and central hatyai. Good hospitality and easy to get tuktuk. Just can't check in early, need to wait 3pm to check in.

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the room condition. The air-conditioning is not functioning properly and the room is not cool at all. In addition, there is a strong unpleasant damp and musty smell throughout the room. It is very disappointing that the room appears not to have been properly inspected before being rented out to guests. I am concerned about the quality control and room maintenance standards. Could you please explain how a room in this condition was approved for guest occupancy? Furthermore, the mattress is in very poor condition and is not suitable for sleeping. It appears to be worn out, damaged, and uncomfortable, which has greatly affected my stay. Considering the issues with the air-conditioning, the strong musty smell, and the poor condition of the mattress, I find the room unacceptable for guests. I would appreciate an immediate resolution, including a room change or appropriate compensation. I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and a prompt solution.
