Enjoyed the all-inclusive experience. The staff were very friendly and talked to me. They answered my questions politely. I was able to relax on the beach and around the pool from before check-in to after check-out! I could eat and drink anything at any time, and my favorite is the poolside buffet restaurant 😚 The alcohol is delicious here. I was impressed that I could see the beach from my room 😆 The good thing about the sun loungers by the pool (shade) is that they are secured from the morning. It's a good idea to leave your bath towels out in the morning. The bath towels used by the poolside can be replaced frequently without affecting the price. You can exchange them for a card or get a new towel. I wonder if the jacuzzi is lukewarm for Japanese people at 35 degrees Celsius? In Mexico, where there are only showers, I have a strong desire to soak in a bathtub... It's a shame.

Everything was amazing at this hotel except for a couple things. The service was wonderful. Enjoyed that part the most. The food was also very good. Especially enjoyed the gourmet Italian restaurant, Chianti. Service there is the bomb! The pool is small and overcrowded, however. Not much seating around the pool either. The beach was sufficiently stocked with plenty of palapas and chairs, which was nice. Didn't have a problem getting a space on the beach any time of day. The color of the water in this location is absolutely breathtaking, but the roughness of the beach is tremendous. Very difficult to enjoy the water at all. Next time I will have to find a place with calmer waters. Getting a reservation for the gourmet restaurants is daunting, as usual for Mexico. I can never understand why making dinner reservations is so difficult to do at these all inclusive hotels. It is really ridiculous. The day we arrived, the ”concierge” (but really the timeshare sales person) promised to make a reservation for us for a few nights later to eat at the Italian restaurant, and she told us to check with her the day before to confirm the reservation. So I did exactly as she said but I was told that they cannot see what reservations are made until the day of the reservation. So I had to check again the day of, and of course there was no reservation made for us. They were able to give us a reservation for that evening, however. Good thing because I would have really been upset had they not, especially since we were going to be leaving the next day! Soooo very tired of this BS at the all inclusives. It's coming to the point where it's not even worth it to do the all-inclusive anymore. So very ridiculous, I swear. Something so easy has to be so difficult for them. Anyway, I wouldn't stay here again because we were not able to enjoy the pool at all, nor the beach because of the roughness of the water. Almost constantly there is a volleyball game going on in the pool and there's no room for anything else unless you want to get hit in the head by the ball! But the music around the pool was good most of the time.

The hotel is located in the heart of Cancun, very close to the airport bus. The hotel facilities are old and there is no elevator. The worst thing is that there is a nightclub nearby that is very noisy, and you have to plug your ears when you sleep at night.
