Thus us another IHG terrible experience with hitel manager! No personal interaction with customers for feedback. Litang itself is a wonderful.and very special place. We loved it there.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. She gave us girls small gifts when they checked in. She must give her a five-star rating! The hygiene is also very good. The environment and location are okay. Unfortunately, I didn't have breakfast at the hotel.
