The Hotel is well located, but they do have a huge problem with housekeeping, Room service and Restaurant service. While the personal is nice and friendly, they take for ever to serve any meal that you order. On the restaurant some time take over an hour for a soup! If you ask for a more elaborate dish is even worse. On room service same issue, you order and take about an hour and half to receive your meal. Now, housekeeping, is another deal! They are short of personal and are inconsistent with the service! I gave arrive the hotel twice at 6 pm after al day out, and my room was still not clean. On one occasion they just changed the towel and put the “ Do not disturb “ sign on the door! Totally unacceptable. I have spoke with Management, but since there is not sustainability, today was the same! Very por Customer service

It is a 3-star hotel, but well functional to stay in Cuiaba All staff very careful, good breakfast, good room and well located city.It is worth the accommodation even because Cuiaba is very close to Chapada dos Guimarães, an imperviable place.

I spent 1 week at the hotel at work. The hotel is reasonable, the rooms seem old, mainly in the bathroom lack maintenance. The shower was wet all except those who took bath, well disregulated, had no way to take bath or wash their hair. The hotel was cleaning and the hotel was good, but the breakfast was excellent, but every day I passed there was the same thing, should change. The outside noise was great, almost all night heard cars and motorcycles running because the hotel is in a mega-avenue moving. The inner noise tbm was bothered, I don't know whether guests or staff were. I don't know if I would be home again!

We stayed at the Amazon Aeroporto Hotel for 1-night following a visit to the Pantanal ($115 Can). The Amazon is a modern business hotel that was perfect for our needs, clean, comfortable, close to the airport and to all the conveniences that that a tourist could ask for in what is not a touristy city. Our room was small but well designed, with a large comfortable bed, side tables, desk and chair, adequate clothes storage space, and a tiled bathroom with plenty of hot water for the shower. The hotel was located beside a shopping mall, with a mini-market just past the mall, and a pizza restaurant and a rodizio restaurant in the opposite direct. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of fruits, baked products, ham, cheese, and freshly cooked food (eggs, tapioca, etc.). The free transfer to the airport was readily available and fast. Overall, you cannot do better for a hotel while on a trip to the Northern Pantanal.

This position is ideal for me and my boyfriend, because we need an affordable starting point. While providing services, we have no complaints about super polite people.
