GGuest UserSuch a great stay away from the crowded places. The house is located slightly uphill , with a very nice garden. The host was such a lovely guy that tried to help all our needs. I highly reccomend this place if you have a Car to move around. In less than 10 mins drive you are in the city center or the beach. Thanks Tonio for letting us stay at your lovely house

MmlenitskayaWe stayed in this place for one night during our honeymoon in Italy. The location is nice even though a bit hard to find, it’s hidden behind the big gate. Alexis was very helpful with the luggage and welcomed us with the introduction, in the room there was a book with suggestions for dining places and sightseeing. We loved the style , it looks quite impressive with the high ceilings and big windows, feels like you’re staying in the museum. The breakfast was nice for B&B, too. The music playing gives you special vibes. That was really a unique experience! The only disadvantage for us was the noise from the street, it was super loud until 3 a.m., couldn’t fall asleep for a while. We also suggest to provide two types of pillows for the guests, ours were very hard to sleep on. Apart from that, everything was good. 👍🏽

ЕЕкатеринаGreat place! Clean and comfortable. In my room there was a TV, air conditioner, fan, towel and balcony. Contacted the hostess Patricia the day before settlement and the room was ready before my arrival just before my arrival. Plus breakfast in the cafe in the same house, very delicious baking. Thank you very much Patricia, I will recommend to my friends and acquaintances!

GGuest UserNice location, very friendly owner, clean and cosy room. The only things to desire: in my room there was a lot of water on the floor after taking a shower (so might be good to invent something there). And also I lacked a duvet cover or at least a sheet below the blanket. But in general, it was a nice and very cosy place to stay! Thanks to the owner!

ВВасиль НургатинНикогда не жил коммуналке, слава богу, но видел по ТВ. Так вот это коммуналка. Большая квартира с несколькими отдельными комнатами, каждая со своим санузлом, но нулевой звукоизоляцией. Хозяйка милая но очень требовательна к режиму и экономии энергии. Номере чайник и капсульная кофеварка. Завтрак громко сказано, соседнем кафе чашка кофе и круасан, вкусно но мало. И очень холодно, кондей в режиме тепла не прогревает, потолки высокие. Ночевать можно, недорого, чисто, но далеко от вокзала.

GGuest UserThe RarityArt Mini Hotel was great. In a wonderful location to central Salerno, the Ferry terminal and the station. The check-in staff and the cleaning staff were friendly and so helpful and the unique design of the rooms was fun. The building is undergoing some slight renovations at the moment - I didn’t notice any noise or disturbance from it, but scaffolding is up so just thought people might want to know.
