We landed here by evening,this hotel is situated at the mouth of Coorg.There was a mix up by our booking agent,we were allotted a room with a very small bed when we had already mentioned with Yatra but I am not sure where was the mix up. The ***ager at Treebo was told that we were complaining of ”a very small room ” but it was ” a very small bed ”he was very quick to understand, he listened to our issue and quickly resolved it. The rooms are not very clean so do not expect anything extraordinary, its basic, beds are comfortable,we had to request forr a linen change which was done immediately. Yatra claims it is a 3 star but its a 2 star without a doubt.There is a elevator available for use , no.other amenities. The food is good at the hotel.Here are my ratings Hotel - 4/10 Cleanliness- 2/10 Staff- 7/10 Location - 7/10 Amenities - 1/10
