the hotel was good if you compare with the rate. good parking space. near to golden temple. 15 min walking distance. the bed size was large enough. two large beds were provided. the road towards hotel is bit narrow. two towel and two small soap was provided. i will book this guest house again if i revisit amritsar again.

I found the hotel during internet search. It was a very good hotel. Hotel staff is cooperative. Food is tasty. Overall it is a good budget hotel.

We are here at taj Amritsar for a wedding function and we really enjoyed a lot the Prabhjot and Ravi from reception helped us a lot with everything and and food was also delicious and ambience was also very good Regards Mr.rajiv

This was an excellent guest house choice. I arrived the weekend of festivities in the city and there was a high number of bookings. However, the home management and staff never ceased to make me feel at home, with friendly and professional attention to detail. The room was cosy and bed very comfortable and hot water always available. They offer housekeeping and food order if you want. I really loved this location, you can walk to the Shri Harmandir Sahib (Golden Temple), Jalionwala Bagh and Partition Museum and make arrangements to go to Wagah border ceremony in a shared vehicle of your choice. If you want to enjoy the bazaar culture and food choices, everything is next door. The railway station is easily reached by autorickshaw. This was my second visit in two years to the guest house. This time as a group of eight people and the guest house welcomed us and hosted us brilliantly. Mrs B’s guesthouse is all about quintessential charm and traditional hospitality. The current Mrs B is the founder’s daughter and runs the place like a family home. Some of the staff have worked there for over 40 years. Make sure you embellish your visits to the Golden Temple, the Partition Museum, the Waga border ceremony with anecdotes and stories from Mrs B. It will provide you with an insight that no travel guide ever could. The rooms now boast tea and coffee making facilities and some rooms now have air conditioning for the hottest months. We visited in Spring this time and the garden was ablaze with colour. The food. The food!!! Don’t eat anywhere else and I challenge you to find a better Masala omelette anywhere in the Punjab. Everything can be arranged from here - car transportation, tuk-tuk, rickshaw, Tonga. Stop looking, you’ve found your home in Amritsar

There is no breakfast. Family rooms can be booked with children. The hotel is well located, 2.5 kilometers from the train station, about 10 kilometers from the airport, and 1.5 kilometers from the Golden Temple. I arrived earlier and paid an early check-in of 500 rupees. The hygiene was ok. I brought my own travel cover. The hot water supply is seriously inadequate. Basically, the hot water can be flushed for 1 minute after 10 minutes, and then hot water is available for another 10 minutes because the water heater is too small. See the pictures I took.
