An absolute beautiful apartment nice and spacious with a little balcony .The kitchen is so well equipped, the bed was very big and comfy and the bathroom a great size too. Couldn’t fault a thing . The staff were so helpful at all times and were a pleasure to deal with so positive and pleasant we were was able to get bikes there to tour around València and tickets for Oceanografic . Would recommend the place no problem . The staff are a credit to the place .

A hidden gem in Valencia. Very centrally located. Walking distance around the major touristic spots. It is in a private building. Very secure with code to enter the building and then the hotel itself. The hotel is kind of like low-key about six rooms, but the rooms are very spacious and clean and modern with very comfortable, king-size beds and clean sheets clean towels and hot water. The staff is very friendly. It is not staffed all day, but if you’re just visiting the city for tourism and seeing the sites this is a perfect spot to stay if you don’t care about hotel amenities. Extremely reasonably priced, actually very cheap per American standards. Highly recommend if you’re wanting to see the city on foot and have a clean room at a decent price!

The apartments are nice, clean and functional. The location is good. But the building has a bad phonic insulation and the hard floor amplifies any sound from other apartments. Each time a chair is moved, something is dropped on the hard floor or someone walks with hard shoes, you ear it well. So basically your experience there will be directly influenced by the education of your neighbours. And, well, my neighbours were thinking that it was very important to move all the furniture around during most of the night...

The location is close to the Science City and there is an exclusive parking garage. It takes only half an hour to walk to the old town, which is very convenient. Hotel service is good, all young people are energetic. Breakfast is also rich. In short, it is a cost-effective hotel.

The hotel is very close to the new (high-speed train) and the old train station (and some high-speed trains). It only takes 5 to 10 minutes to walk without taking the wrong road. The 24hr reception greeted us during the check in. Thats was quick and we felt welcomed. Two small lifts brings us to our apartment which is 350fts square. The king-size bed and the sofabed are well prepared, so we can take my own bed. The sofa bed is just as good as the fixed bed. The bathroom is spacious. Water is hot with strong water pressure. The restaurant downstairs the hotel provided a welcome non-alcoholic drink and hotel buffet breakfast. Besides ham, buns and cheese. We can also have special meals from the kitchen like a dish of avocado, Salmon, scramble eggs with a toast. The dinner is also tasty with average spending at around €30-40 per person. The apartment has washing machine. An individual space for clothes drying rack to dry out the clothes with hot air coming from outside. Everything is well designed with new refurbishment. You will just feel at home. The kitchen stove, utensils and plates are provided. Everything is good. Towels are clean and toilet papers are provided enough. The soaps smell good.
