Currently, there are no direct flights to Yunnan. Based on the airlines you choose to fly with, there could be one or more stopovers. The layover cities could be Guilin, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Kuala Lumpur or others depending upon the flight route. Along with the layover, it can take a minimum of 7 hours and 15 minutes to reach Yunnan from Singapore.
