The exhibition revolves around the preparatory terracotta sketches of Pampharone's *Venus Entering the Bath*, a work recently acquired by the museum. By comparing the materials and forms used in different stages of creation, it allows viewers to understand the creative process of 19th-century sculpture. Curated by art historian and curator Giulia Coco, the exhibition showcases terracotta sketches, plaster models, and marble reproductions, revealing the artistic thinking at different stages of creation and reflecting the academy's emphasis on the tradition of art education. Visitors can also engage more fully with the works and technical details through tactile models and other aids. Pampharone's works presented in the exhibition blend classical idealism and naturalism, and his reinterpretations of traditional mythological figures (such as Venus) demonstrate a fusion of personal style and the spirit of the times.
