After reading numerous reviews before hire of other companies. This seemed to be the more promising, as I have had numerous bad experiences with other companies with their hidden charges. I appreciated how transparent and straight forward Sicily by Car has been. A family of 4, found the desk, greeted with a smile and welcome. I needed wifi and the guy behind gave me access to his WiFi hot-spot. Gave me 3 varieties of cars to choose from. Explained that €200 euros will be held on my credit card, and that I needed to bring the car back fully filled with petrol. Directed me to pick up my car. Umlimited miles. Travelled Sicily with the family. Had a great time doing 400km around sicily. €30 to fill as the car was hybrid and cheap to run. Returned the car at drop off via their QR code they had of the location. Plenty of staff present. Didn't have to wait long, car got inspected all good and released the €200 euros back. Respect to your business model.

Fantastic car! Very easy to drive! Unfortunately, we weren't familiar with the roads in Sicily, which led to some minor collisions in narrow alleys. Luckily, we had full coverage insurance. I highly recommend getting full coverage insurance before traveling to Sicily.
