Great experience, one of the smoothest pick up and drop off ever. Zero surprises. Car was great as expected

The rental car was located in the domestic airport parking lot, making it very convenient to pick up and return it! In addition, the counter staff were polite and responsive, which made picking up the car a breeze.

Despite my poor English, I decided to rent a car overseas for the first time! Doller Rent a Car supported me through this rather reckless challenge. First, when I picked up the car, the ***** Rent a Car office was crowded, but luckily there was no wait at Doller. I couldn't understand English very well, so I hesitantly pulled out my Pocketalk and they communicated with me using that. It was amazing service. I had prepared beforehand by watching YouTube videos, so I knew they would ask about insurance, and when I showed them the RentalCover full protection voucher I had purchased in advance, they said "Perfect!" They even took care of me at the rental car return location on the way back; they were truly kind staff. I took tons of photos and videos of the rented car and set off! I was wondering what to do about navigation, but since it had a display audio system, I connected Apple CarPlay and was able to drive with peace of mind using Google Maps' Japanese navigation. It was a safe and fun trip. On the way back, we lost time due to unexpected traffic jams and searching for the rental car return location. It is essential to allow plenty of time. The Doller staff also kindly and smoothly saw us off despite our haste. I returned the keys, showed them the receipt for a full tank of gas, and they said "Good!" and quickly said goodbye. Thanks to them, I made it to my flight just in time. Trip.com was really great in terms of ease of booking, price, and insurance. And next time I travel, I'd like to use their services again if there's a Doller rental at my destination. (The license plate has been blurred out in the photo.)

The car pick-up process was quick, the car was in excellent condition, clean and tidy, and drove without any problems. Returning the car was also convenient and fast, and the staff were very helpful. Highly recommended!

Toyota Corolla

The vehicle has been upgraded; it's practically new, with only about 6,000 kilometers on it. When returning the car on the Gold Coast, you need to enter the parking lot first. If the car hasn't been damaged in any collisions or scratches, simply hand it over to the staff and you can leave.

Experience to pick up car was all good and easy including the return as well. But at the time of car pick up, I was only told the car was changed to a Kia Sportage where I’ve initially booked the Mazda CX5 although both car models are similar. Will appreciate if a change of car model being booked can be communicated ahead to customer prior to the pick up of the rental car. Otherwise, a good experience overall.
