Serviced Apartments in Phitsanulok

I regularly visit Phitsanulok and stay at the Topland Hotel. I choose Topland Hotel because it is located in the centre of town with excellent buffet breakfasts and nightly buffet dinners at very reasonable prices. Topland Hotel incorporates a downstairs shopping mall with a good choice of restaurants. I often swim in the very clean pool and have a massage before dinner. The hotel may be a little old but it is well maintained and it`s age is an attraction to me. I have stayed at Topland Hotel more than 25 times and I will continue to do so.

We searched for a hotel without a big snack and just get that. The rooms were clean and are cleaned daily. The receptionist hardly spoke English, but helped where she could only. The internet was mostly nice and running smoothly, but had some of the suspenders - for two nights, however, completely in order. The location is if you want to see a slightly more lively part of the city, in order, but not ideal. However, the tax is charged for about 50 baths to the centre, station or bus terminal. This is added to 20 bath calling fees when you order one via the hotel. Small tip: In front of the nursing school (the southest part of the above hospital at the west entrance) there are also taxes in a few meters of reach. Footway to the night market are about 20-30 minutes.

The second time I went to stay, this time I wasn't impressed. I arrived at the hotel at 1 p.m. but the lady informed me that check-in was at 2 p.m. But if you want to check in first, you have to pay 100-200 baht. This is why I can't remember the numbers accurately, so I'm confused. Is there something like this? Because this is the second time I've stayed, the first time I've never encountered anything like this. When I checked out in the morning, I asked the staff because I was frustrated. The staff said there was none and apologized to the staff. Informed that if the accommodation is full, they will wait, but if there is a vacant room, they will let the customer stay. On the day of the incident there was a vacant room. Normally I travel a lot and always stop in Phitsanulok, but I chose this place because the private parking is next to the room. At night I don't have to worry about cars. In the future, I probably won't rest because I feel bad.

I chose to stay at this hotel because my brother had a wedding here on August 3, booked 6 rooms for 5 nights and all the rooms booked are double beds. That is, this hotel is divided into zones The double room is on the side of the hotel's wall and the single bed is on the side of the hotel's garden. Therefore, all six rooms that we booked are on the same side. The problem is right here. With it on the border wall of the hotel and the atmosphere of the hotel that is a garden. We borrowed it at the reception. The staff called to coordinate to the maid and got the answer that the hotel does not have needle and threads available. Send several clothes to wash. There was no problem with the cost, but what I got back was the white shorts turned yellow 5. The hotel does not sell food. No matter what time If you are hungry, then Grab food. From one to five, we will accept the condition. We don't have a problem. But that we were most affected, probably the damp room. If it were other people, there might not be much problem, but we are a severe dust allergy. To come back from the wedding, my brother was sick with pneumonia. This job, if you don't say that you are scared, you don't know what to say.

Very strange hotel. We are travelling between Chiang Rai and Bangkok and needed a stop-over and the Zense looked good. This is a typical local low rise concrete small condo building, splashed with some paint to look like a boutique hotel. It's located on a nondescript main access road next to a global house diy shop so the location is good for transit but there is nothing around the hotel. Upon entering the hotel the check in desk had a customer but a friendly member of staff invited us to view the pool and bar area unil check in was free. Khun Chip then took us to the bar where we relaxed by the pool with drinks. He spoke excellent English and gave us some amazing local recommendations of places to visit. This was by far the warmest welcome we have had in a hotel in Thailand. I left my wife at the bar to check in and this is when i encountered the 'other side' of customer service. I had prepaid so check in should be easy but 'this is Thailand'. The rude, unfriendly, unhelpful lady on the front desk gave me a room card and pointed at the elevator. I asked for a second card (we are 2 guests not 1). I was bluntly told no! No explanation, no sorry, just no. Simple. I put our bags in the room and returned to meet my wife. We then returned to the front desk where the lady was now joined by a manager and repeated my request. 'Yes you can 500 baht deposit for plastic room card'. Just rude and unfriendly. Staff like this ruin hotels. Staff like Khun Chip make hotels amazing places to stay. To the owner, if you want positive reviews and repeat customers, make sure your check in staff are polite and understand they only have jobs because customers choose to book....

The school is quite old. The equipment in the room keeps up with the times. The bed was comfortable, not hard, not soft, not loud. After massaging, my back ached. The hotel has a soaking tub and bubble bath for you, but on the day of your stay. The water is quite yellow. Hit the bubbles and it's yellow until foamy 😅 The location is quite convenient, not far from the airport, convenient to travel, close to convenience stores. Good service staff The school has breakfast. But I didn't wake up in time. So I didn't use the service.

Pleasant, clean place. Phitsanulok is not a tourist town, few attractions, tho there are beautiful areas outside the city. Hotel had a large pool. . Well located in the city, easy to find, on a main road.

Loft & vintage style with good facilities, and also having some activities at the 1st floor. Good info from receptionist. Location is calm at night. Recommend to stay with different experience.
