The hotel facilities as well as the services were excellent! The only downside is that it's not really suitable for tourists who don't have a car to stay, because the transportation in Pisa is really inconvenient, if you unfortunately miss the last bus on the day you come to Pisa, then congratulations, your journey from the train station to the hotel will be very bumpy! (But I think you can call the hotel and ask them to help you contact a cab company) But the hotel staff was really great, they helped us contact TAXI to take us to the train station, to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and there were also shared bikes in front of the hotel that you could swipe and ride away. If you are on vacation with family and friends then this hotel is great, the rooms are huge with floor to ceiling windows and a huge garden and pool.

The first moment we saw the hotel, that it looked quit new. Also it, is we figured out. We missed a lot a warm feeling and warm atmosphere. The staff was friendly but beside everything felt really cold and quiet. No music, no nice little talks etc. The room was fine, except the pillows, duvet and mattress. Pillows were really hard, mattress was really hard and the duvet was just a blanket and a thin plaid. For in October that’s pretty cold during the night, but for summer is will be enough is guess. I guess the hotel is fine just for one night, if you just need one night. Or maybe a good place for business people. They had loads of space for meetings etc. If you are looking for a warm place when you are traveling with family or as couples, I’m not recommend this place. I wont come back by myself to this place, cos i prefer a warm and lovely place. The breakfast was fine and enough choice.

I stayed at this hotel with my 12-year-old in September 2024 for one night. It's conveniently located about 15 minutes from both the train station and the Leaning Tower of Pisa, right by the river. The hotel has a vintage vibe with old furniture, an old piano, and an old radio in the hall. Our bathroom was well-equipped with plenty of space for toiletries, which was a nice change from other hotels on our trip. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, separating the beds for me and my child. Breakfast was great. While I would have preferred more modern furniture and curtains instead of shutters, overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We stayed in Pisa for one night. The communication with the hotel was excellent even though I reserved the room just a few minutes before arriving. The staff was wonderful, both at the front desk and at the breakfast buffet. Based on the Staff's recommendation we found also a great restaurant nearby. The breakfast was very nice, good quality local products, the check-in and out process was fast, and the room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

A separate villa, three floors (rooms) + basement (room). There is a gate, the front yard of the villa is a few tables, and the warm weather season should be able to eat early in the yard and drink coffee. There is a parking lot in the backyard. The hotel has a long history and all photos are actual. I took the first floor of the scorpion, if you check out, you can put your luggage here. The fixed quadruple room is on the first floor, a pair of two single beds, one bedroom and one bathroom, the floor height is very high, so it will not be too depressed. Very close to the leaning tower, go out and turn left and then turn left. There are also several hotels along the way. Early breakfast is not included, can be fixed. There is a list, the previous night is selected to the front desk (the front desk on the first floor is very small, there is a housekeeper, very formal front desk), the next day you can have breakfast in the restaurant or room. We forgot to release the list the first night,  but the waiter in the hall still provided us with breakfast on the basis of ready-made things, very nice. It is recommended to have breakfast at the hotel, it may be difficult to find early outside.

You’re really just paying for the location/view if you’re lucky. I don’t have much stuff that’s actually BAD to say about the place but it does come up short in several ways. The first thing I noticed was the shower. The shower head was kind of gross to be honest, as well as some of the nooks and crannies of the shower. They definitely clean the shower itself, but I can tell that the shower head has been neglected. Also, if you’re a senior or someone with a disability, I did not see an emergency string thing in the shower that most hotels have. I don’t personally care, but if you’re someone who does, take that into consideration. The air conditioner works but it’s very inefficient. It kinda just shoots the air up a little bit then it falls to the ground and gets ****** up again, continuing the cycle of using the same air. It doesn’t really cool your room at all. I’m sure if I left it for a few days it might but I suppose it brings it down to a tolerable amount. I’m just really picky I guess and I like to sleep in a cool room. I typically give out 4-5 stars to hotels that go above and beyond. The hotel itself is nice enough but you’re really just there for the location which is fine, but it doesn’t make it 5 stars. They provided an electric kettle and tea which I thought was nice, but no drinks in the mini bar or snacks. This is an easy way that they could improve. Overall I definitely enjoyed my stay. There were just a handful of things that could definitely have been better.

The location of the hotel is a bit off; the breakfast is very good, the restaurant is very beautiful, and the prices of orders at other times are more expensive; the rooms are quite spacious, safe, refrigerator, TV, etc. are all available, all of which are embedded in design, which has a sense of science and technology; The open-air garden on the second floor is very beautiful, suitable for evening chats and gatherings; in terms of services, two beds are set up in the room as required, and free taxi-hailing services are provided. The consumption receipt is shown at the checkout, but a tourist tax of 4 euros is added every night (Not mentioned when booking by Ctrip); In terms of hygiene, the rooms can be cleaned up in time, but the corridors, rooms and towels all have a sour smell.

First of all, this convenient environment is good! It is also a viewing hotel of the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and it is the Leaning Tower when you go out. But! Very unreliable On the first day we arrived, we were trapped in the elevator for 15 minutes, we couldn't get out, the elevator door couldn't be opened, the buttons were all black, and it was difficult to contact people. The staff taught us how to force the opening after coming. If you don't understand English or Italian as a foreigner, it will really collapse! After pressing the forced button, it will fall when it is all extinguished! The first reaction after getting out of the elevator is nausea and vomiting The next day was even more funny. We told the hotel front desk one day in advance to let them help us set the taxi the next day and send us to the station! The hotel said that it was not necessary to decide. It was good to mention 5 minutes in the morning. As a result, we came 15 minutes before the next day. The result was almost half an hour and we couldn't call it. It directly caused our train to miss it and lost more than 100 euros.

I can't fault this hotel. We hadn't booked to stay here as we were due to travel to Florence from Pisa airport. However when we landed we had received an email from our gotwk telling g us to stay in Pisa and travel in the morning!! It was 11pm at night and we had nowhere to go. We finally stumbled upon this hotel after midnight. Despite the late hour they were very accommodating and found us a room! The man we dealt with was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed plus water. The room was emaculate and the bed was huge and very comfy! The room was also a really good size. We had breakfast in the morning before leaving which was nice and fresh. The hotel was very clean and all staff we encountered were really friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

My partner and I stayed her in September to visit Pisa before travelling on to Florence. We arrived at 10am in the morning where we were greeted at reception. The staff here were so helpful, we were offered a list of restaurants and eateries in the area as well as a map with areas of interest pointed out. Basically giving you all info you needed in order to enjoy the city. Our room wasn't ready however we were given somewhere to freshen up, we were also given the keys meaning we didn't need to worry about what time we came back. We left our bags and went out for the day. In the afternoon we received a text to say our room was ready. We returned at 5pm to Suite 4. Our room was very clean and spacious, the shower was huge along with the rest of the bathroom. We enjoyed the large bath in the room as well. The bed was comfy and we were woken to breakfast delivered at 8:30am we ate this while enjoying the view. As mentioned we were travelling to Florence the next day and the hotel is a short walk to the train station, you are also round the corner from the main street. Stay here if you are visiting Pisa, i know we will next time.
