Stayed at Ibis Germany so I knew what to expect when I booked here. It’s your typical no frills basic room that does the job. But the rooms in Jakarta were spacious compared to where we stayed in Germany. We missed breakfast though cause we slept in, which means the beds are comfortable 😊

located in tangerang,this place is connected to tangcity mall. it took about one hour just to checking in. in the room there were some stain spots on the wall and the sink was not clean enough

A decent place to spend a night for a early flight. But there are much better options nearby, including the Ibis Styles which looks much nicer and is just a cross the car park. The amenities left much to be desired, they just had hand soap, TV and WiFi didn't work and Aircon was patchy. I did enjoy the noodles however from the noodle bar in reception, even if they did take forever to make it!

Great place to stay for families, close to Jakarta International Airport CGK. The breakfasts are amazingly good and generous. The rooms are spacious and clean. AC works perfectly. Safe neighborhood, and the free shuttle is so useful. The staff is the best: very friendly, so helpful, and very kind. The pool is very fun for the whole family. The food from the restaurant is yummy, and the wifi is fast. We stayed there a couple of times and loved it every time. Our little 10-year old wants to add this: ”I love the breakfasts because their fried rice is awesome aaaand the fruits. One of the most respectful hotels I've been to in my LIFE!”

Hotel with great customer service team. We stay inside 2 single bed room. We have fantastic stay too. Refillable water jug, shampoo&soap. I support these actions as they are towards to environtmental friendly approach.there is aiport shuttle between hotel and jakarta airport.it is free of charge.only hoka bento reataurant nearby the area, it is for take away service only and not for dine in. Never notice there is cafe or supermarket nearby. Daan mogot mall is nearby but you will need to take a grab.

Facilities and location was exceptional and pick & drop to airport made more easy for us. Foods good. Recommend to friends.

Best option if you want to stay close to airport and catch next flight . They have airport shuttle .room very clean. Hot water available 24x7 . Bed also very comfortable. They also helped me get my list jacket .thank you! One suggestion: if you can provide driver and shuttle details before arrival it would be very clear communication
