As soon as I entered, I felt very clean and the room was really soundproof. I slept very comfortably and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The height and softness were really good. It was very good. I will continue to choose this hotel next time.

Nice hotel and in business area Reception staff is too confuse for booking but they help us to keep room same everyday without change room as we were booking separately everyday because our plan was not fixed Nice hotel in business area of Times Square and World Trade Center and nearby walking distance to Kashish and Jashnn Indian restaurants

Wonderful experience. Staff are very friendly and hotel is very clean and well kept. The rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast needs a bit of improvement. I would recommend Citadines at any time and would stay there again.

Got there around CNY eve, so things were a bit on the quiet side. Parking was a bit chaotic at first with cars parked all along the entrance, it was not clear where to park until I went inside and asked. Check in was quick and to my pleasent surprise the checkin agent Gary spoke English very well. He was extemely helpful and and accomodating. He even explained that breakfast would be included because of CNY. The hotel was very clean, room was clean. The hotel is at a very good location, central to many important areas in Shaoxing. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. Check out was simple and the overnight parking fee was taken care by the hotel. Overall, the hotel has the quality, look and feel that you would expect from a Holiday Inn brand hotel. Would definitely recommend and will rebook in the future. Many families with kids too. Please note if traveling around CNY, certain restaurants etc may be closed for the holiday.

I have been to Shaoxing several times, but this is the first time I stayed at the Shaoxing Hotel. It’s a state-level hotel that has hosted many leaders. There are several garden landscapes in the hotel. As soon as you arrive at the entrance of the lobby, you will be amazed by the pavilions and pavilions opposite. There will be more surprises if you stroll around slowly. Upgraded to Building 8, it is great to have an automatic toilet at this price. You can see the Feiyi Tower on Fushan Mountain. Master Lu Xingsong, who took me to the room, was very enthusiastic. He helped me carry my luggage and introduced the nearby and Shaoxing travel recommendations. The hotel is in a very strategic location, next to Cangqiao Zhi Street and Xi Xiaolu Street. It is highly recommended to visit Fushan Park. Autumn is extremely beautiful. The flying wing tower on the top of the mountain can overlook the colorful Shaoxing in autumn. It is 2km away from Lu Xun’s hometown. You can walk there and take a taxi very quickly. What I'm not used to is that breakfast ends too early. It ends at 9:30, so I really can't get up early.
