Baishouyan

"Baishou Rock" is also known as Confucius Rock. It is rumored that when the Southern Song Dynasty, local residents lived long lives because of drinking the well water in this place. In view of this, the two-year-old Shi Xuan of Shaoding County in the Southern Song Dynasty wrote the word "Shou" inscribed on the Confucius Rock Wall. This "shou" word is 5 feet long, 4 feet wide, and the "shou" word is inscribed with 100 small life characters of real grass and lixuan, called Baishou map. Since then, Confucius Rock is called "Baishou Rock". Now this Baishou small word and Dashou word have been clear and considerable after thousands of years, and are treasures in the cliff carvings of southern China.

This small and famous attraction - Baishouyan, Yongfu County, the location is a bit biased, and there are no other attractive things around, so in addition to tour groups, I rarely see other tourists. Come here to see this "shou" word.

"Baishou Tu" is 175 cm high and 148 cm wide. The whole font stroke is very compact and the pen is strong. The shape is a book but different from the Zhengxuan.
