A must visit
This site is a must visit while in Yerevan. A memorial to the million+ who died in the Armenian genocide, perpetuated by Ottoman then Turkish forces after WWI. A somber site indeed.

I cannot imagine anybody visiting Armenia to learn about its history without visiting Tsitsernakaberd. Armenia, its population and diaspora are deeply scarred by the genocide of 1915. Their nationalis...
