Shiban Street

Cross a stone bridge with Jiangnan representative. Qiandeng Ancient Town retains the longest and most complete stone street in Jiangsu Province and extends for 2 kilometers. Some people say that walking on this stone street, you feel the most authentic taste of the ancient town.

The stone street is a street paved with slate, it looks unremarkable, and I didn't expect it to be a separate attraction. The streets of Suzhou are really very shopping, and the small shops on both sides may be full of sentiment and worth a visit.

I saw Shiban Street in the publicity of Changshu, and I wanted to check it out because I was on a business trip. I only knew that Shiban Street was in Tang City, Shajiabu Town. After finishing the business, my friend drove there. I asked several people, Fang Zhi in Tangshi Bus Terminal unwilling to follow the river section, more than 400 meters, but it is indeed a legacy of ancient times, but unfortunately most of the houses on both sides are also vacant, feel depressed, will not let the historical ancient street disappear by itself!

From this section of the road into the city. In 1992, after repairing and renovating, with the winding rise of the street, the whole street was simple, elegant and brilliant. It became a unique ancient building complex attracting tourists to Duyun, the South Gate of Guizhou Province. Bouyei wedding, Lusheng bronze drum performances and folk songs are often held in the stone street.
