The Archpriest, or the Metropolitan, the house is an outstanding monument to the civil architecture of the 18th century. The Metropolitan house was built in 1756-1758 years according to the project of the architect M.D. Rastorgueva.

It is located on the territory of Alexandro-Nevskaya Lavra. Architects - Mikhail Rastorguyev and Alexei Gornostayev. Built in 1756.
