Not much to see

Not very exciting ruins and probably not a temple. More likely a very large municipal baths. There are better sites to see but if you are passing it will only 10 minutes or so

Cool Building, But not a "Must see"

You can't go in, so it's worth seeing if you're in the area (the amphitheater is nearby) but not worth a separate visit.
