After finishing the junior high school exam, I visited at the end of the Edo period 〜 by a child who was interested in the Meiji era. When you enter the site, there is a bungalow or camping? ?? ?? It was like that, but the inside of the museum was quiet and completely different. You can watch videos of the flow of this era and the relationship between the Mito clan in an audiovisual room like a small mini hall. You can learn very easily, such as Sonno Joi and the Sakuradamon incident. Other exhibits related to Emperor Meiji are a must-see. I also learned about local history. ...
It is a museum about 5 minutes by car from Oarai Station on the Kashima Rinkai Railway. The books of Yoshinobu Tokugawa and calligraphy and paintings at the end of the Edo period are on display. I think it's good for history lovers.
