Wuling Park has been through many vicissitudes and was redesigned and built by Fenghua Municipal People's Government in 1988.

There is Guishan in Wuling Park, and the mountain is built with "Kuangguan Pavilion" and "Hanbi Pavilion". There is "Yulan Hall" at the foot of the mountain, which is the branch of China Hostel. General Feng Yuxiang stayed here in April 1937. There are also attractions such as Yushuang Pavilion, Mingyuan Building, Maoyi Pavilion, Kangle Pavilion, Lotus Pond Bridge, Jinti and other attractions.
