It is a Buddha Temple at the entrance of Mt. Omotesando. Many people came and went on Omotesando, but it was surrounded by a quiet atmosphere with few worshipers.

This is a large stone monument on the left as soon as you enter the Omotesando from the east exit of JR Narita Station to Naritayama Shinshoji Temple, and when you enter, there is a hall in the back. The inside of the hall was Hiro 々, and there was a statue of Daishi in the center.
