Mudanjiang Library was founded in July 1953 and was formerly the Library of the People's Cultural Center of Mudanjiang City, Songjiang Province. Mudanjiang Library is located on the banks of Mudanjiang River, with an area of 12,000 square meters. On December 31, 2005, it was officially open to readers.
