Utterly Gorgeous
This is one of the best beaches on Tanegashima. The sand is fine, the water is clear, and the sandstone rocks and arches are gorgeous. This is a great place for a bit of swimming, and a favorit...
The sandy beach is beautiful on the coast near the Tanegashima Space Center. There are rocks on the left and right, so you can swim. It seems that you cannot enter when launching a rocket or experimenting with an engine.
There is a wide sandy beach and a small harbor, and beyond that is a cliff. There is a facility on the outskirts of the coast overlooking the launch pad. You can't enter it, but you can go up freely. It is said that it will be broadcast on TV from here when the rocket is launched.
It is the coast in the Space Center. If you want to see the water of the elephant, the observatory of the Space Center is recommended, but if you want to overlook the coast, the Takezaki Observatory is recommended. You can see the Osaki launch site over the Takezaki coast.
I could see it well from the observatory of the Tanegashima Space Center. The contrast with the pink of the Iwasaki Hotel is also interesting. You can not only play in the sea on the beach, but also enjoy unique stratums.

A cave that looks like an elephant.
